09/06/2026: We were lucky enough to stay at the Auberge St Martin for our wedding, and we booked all eight rooms to accommodate our family and friends. Honestly, we'll cherish the wonderful memories of this occasion! A huge congratulations to Christophe and his entire team for the successful reopening of the establishment. The welcome was truly warm, everything was well-organized, and all our loved ones had a short but very pleasant night. We also had the opportunity to have lunch there twice, and it was always excellent: delicious food, attentive service, and a very friendly atmosphere. We especially loved the personalized touches in the bride and groom's room; they really touched us and made the moment even more special. 02/09/2023: Nous sommes venus il y a 2 ans, soirée historique avec une victoire 8-0 de la France contre le Kazakhstan. Malgré la douceur des shots au pop corn et Bailey's, nous avons tenu la soirée jusqu'au bout, au détriment de mon compte en banque et de la réputation familiale. La Marmande a apprécié notre apport azoté

22/02/2024: Très bel accueil pour ce charmant hôtel et sa cuisine gourmande. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par des propriétaires très avenants. Le lieu est idéalement placé pour des randonnées dans la nature, de quoi se ressourcer et profiter de moments de calme et de plénitude. Nous avons choisi l'option week-end gourmand et nous ne le regrettons pas du tout. À conseiller !

09/12/2024: WOW!! If you ever go to Angouleme, France (and you should)… This really is a great place to stay and a few minutes walk to the city center. Mike and family are such welcoming hosts, so incredibly kind and great to speak to as he speaks really good English if you’re like me and haven’t learned enough French to be proficient 😆. Amazing atmosphere, service and the room is extremely clean and well kept. I was brought breakfast to my room without asking, it was offered, freshly baked croissants with jams, bread, yogurt, Cafe Latte etc (proper French breakfast). I stayed in room 10 with an amazing balcony view overlooking Angouleme. I feel at home when I am thousands of miles away from home. I just can’t say enough to express my gratitude for this stay, I would pay double what I paid to stay here hands down! Merci beaucoup!!!!!
