08/10/2024: Menú degustación encantador, varios especiales y algunos reinicios aparecieron en la mesa. Gran carta de vinos también. No tomé tantas notas como de costumbre, ni fotografié extensamente esta. Pero por supuesto, un entorno estupendo, comida encantadora, gran personal y una de las vistas más cautivadoras de la riviera desde un lugar muy en medio de los Alpes - región marítima. Todo ello en un hotel bastante subestimado y firmemente arraigado en un entorno bucólico y tranquilo.

01/09/2024: Qué velada y cena más agradable en el restaurante Saint Martin en un entorno precioso, realmente único. Mi marido y yo estamos tan cansados de restaurantes de alta gama mediocres junto al mar y recientemente hemos descubierto el hermoso hotel y restaurantes de Chateau calle Martin en las colinas de Vence. Qué placer estar aquí, cenar en la terraza con una vista impresionante. El servicio es impecable, lo mejor que he experimentado en el sur de Francia, todo el mundo es tan atento, educado, agradable, profesional, trabajando en equipo. La comida era preciosa y muy bien presentada. Fue perfecto. 10 / 10 !

01/07/2024: Cuisine d'exception digne d'un étoilé : des saveurs, des goûts, des associations réussis, des cuissons parfaites ... Salle très intimiste au coin de la cheminée. Juan est un vrai passionné de la cuisine, il fait découvrir son talent avec ses hôtes. Il cuisine uniquement au feu de bois. Le service est impeccable, très efficace, gentillesse et bonne humeur. C'était top, chaque proposition était parfaite en saveur et uniquement avec produits locaux

06/12/2025: You might think you're walking into a bar/tobacconist, but think again! Upstairs is a fantastic restaurant where you'll find superb meat. Highly recommended! ☺️

17/06/2025: I came to celebrate my birthday with my mother and we had a wonderful time. The place is both peaceful and full of life, which creates a very pleasant atmosphere. The cuisine is refined, full of flavors, and the welcome was warm from start to finish. A beautiful place that I highly recommend!

04/09/2024: Plusieurs avis , la serveuse nous a fait comprendre autours d un verre a la fermeture que la marchandise était achetée à moindres coût , que la chef cuisto a démissionné pour cela je ne comprend encore moins les prix pratiqué et encore moins le personnel sous payer ! Je vous souhaite de vous améliorer niveau qualité des produits acheté et de leur provenance mais surtout des prix pratiqués, le monsieur qui fait les pizza nous a aussi dit qu il ne posséder aucune qualification…. À revoir

01/03/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Le Grand Pavois. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with great professionalism and kindness by a charming, smiling receptionist who was very attentive to our needs. This immediately put us at ease and set the tone for the rest of our stay. The hotel is very well maintained and remarkably clean, both in the common areas and in our room. The room itself was impeccable: spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The bedding was excellent, allowing us to enjoy restful nights. The real highlight was the exceptional view of the sea and its archipelago, a true feast for the eyes from morning till night. A big thank you to the entire team for their warm welcome and professionalism. We recommend this hotel without hesitation and will gladly return! 🌊✨
