27/08/2024: 1 person who does reception, service and cooking is impossible to manage.. Huge wait and lots of errors. The quality of the meal was poor, see photo. Not possible to pay at the end because the cash register was closed. Why close the register before everyone is finished? Eat elsewhere to eat well and peacefully.

31/08/2024: Une expérience unique : un restaurant au fond d’une cave troglodyte, un vrai accueil, une cuisine simple (ce que nous recherchions) et faite sous nos yeux. Les fouées locales ! Le tout pour un prix très correct. Bref, nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Et le retour sur Saumur avec la route le long de la Loire avec la nuit naissante… 😎

26/08/2024: Cuisine simple mais bonne, cuite au feu de bois : fouées, rillettes, escargots, haricots... Très bon accueil et service parfait. Une seule petite critique : service un peu trop rapide pour un soir et en pleine saison. Cadre magnifique et surtout très surprenant, A voir !

This small inn blends authenticity and modernity, offering the opportunity to enjoy local products. The room is spacious, clean, and well-equipped (a small suggestion: perhaps a mini-fridge and a fan could be added later, if possible). 29/08/2024: J’ai passé une très bonne soirée les pizza sont excellentes (surtout l’époisses ) l’endroit est accueillant les serveuses sont agréables et la pizzaïolo adorable bref c’est très correcte je conseille si vous passer à Saulieu ! Merci à toutes l’équipe pour l’accueil .
