16/06/2026: I'm not a Morimont client, but I felt compelled to expose this massive deception. The website emphasizes transparency, accessibility, and the establishment's local focus. It also highlights their work with local associations and farmers. So far, so good. Rental price in 2026: less than €5,000. Today I called. I was told, somewhat sheepishly, about an "update." I explicitly asked: an update on the price? The answer was a quiet "yes." I immediately received documentation: €17,000 for the rental. Without the organizational assistance, which is an additional €5,000. So we're going from a base price of €5,000 to... €22,000. With fewer services. I understand inflation. I understand the laws of supply and demand. I understand the Swiss demand. But don't ask me to understand a company that claims to be "no hidden costs" and "accessible" while raising its prices to rip off its customers as much as possible. Good luck with your business. Because it's clearly been a very lucrative one for you lately.

12/12/2024: Nous avons été agréablement surpris par ce petit restaurant très bon accueil et très bon repas nous avons été attendu avec le sourire malgré notre arrivée tardive 22h30 pour un jour en semaine très bonnes paella nous sommes revenus le lendemain toujours avec le même sourire et des produits son de qualité je conseille vivement Les Parisiens

06/01/2026: A unique place, ideally located for exploring the region, on average 45 to 50 minutes from the main attractions: Chamonix, Thonon-les-Bains, Evan, Avoriaz, Italy, Geneva, Lake Annecy, Lake Geneva... etc. Patricia gave us a very warm welcome. The history of the place is steeped in emotion and great victories, both sporting and regional. Trophies adorn the walls. Don't hesitate to stop by. There's no restaurant, but breakfast and meals can be served in your room.

31/12/2025: We had a wonderful stay at the Gîte de l'Hôtel de l'Union with friends. Very pleasant, very well-equipped, and located in the charming village of Lullin. The owners are very helpful. We highly recommend it!

20/08/2024: Good food. Nice people. Pizza perfect. Risotto and pasta very good. Excellent pannacotta and tiramisu. Special white wine. Basic red.

18/08/2024: Dîner en famille pour finir les vacances. Service rapide et serveurs souriants. Les pizzas sont très bonnes, grandes et bien garnies. En dessert le tiramisu au caramel (fait maison), une dinguerie 🤤

23/08/2024: Nous voulions tester ce restaurant sur le port. La déco est sympa, le service sympathique mais les plats sans plus. Les moules du jour saveur chorizo tomates, manquaient de saveur et le goût du chorizo presque inexistant. La galette saumon, oui mais sans plus. L’ensemble est moyen comparé aux autres restaurants déjà testés mais pas mauvais non plus. Il existe mieux pour le même rapport qualité prix. À tester par vous même.

19/08/2024: Ty Guivic au Pouliguen est un endroit charmant ! Les plats sont délicieux, le service est sympathique, et l'ambiance accueillante. Je recommande !

30/06/2024: Quel plaisir rare de découvrir un restaurant aussi parfait en altitude ! L'Essentiel porte bien son nom, offrant une expérience culinaire véritablement exceptionnelle. Les saveurs délicates et raffinées de chaque plat enchantent les papilles et démontrent un savoir-faire remarquable. L'atmosphère chaleureuse et le service impeccable complètent cette expérience gastronomique inoubliable. Un véritable joyau à ne pas manquer pour tous les amateurs de bonne cuisine !

18/01/2025: Disappointed. I tried to call this restaurant to reserve a table for my family, but no one answered my call, and they never bothered to call me back. Upon arriving there, what a surprise to discover that the restaurant was closed at 8:30 p.m., despite several announcements on their social networks stating that it would be open! A blatant lack of communication.

29/03/2025: I have been going to this restaurant for years, I have never been disappointed until a few months ago... I have tried the experience three times but it is no longer the same cuisine as before. The dishes are tasteless, really poorly prepared, and some even seem to have passed the expiration date. It’s really a shame! I no longer recommend at all.

03/02/2025: It's been since 2010 that I've been coming to Sophie's regularly, either to eat or just to have my coffee like today Sophie's cooking is very good and the rice is particularly good.
