25/08/2025: Quiet location and easy key collection. Friendly welcome. Good bedding, but the "king-size bed" is only 140cm. Otherwise, the hotel is dated, the sink taps lack water pressure, and the shower drain needs attention. A fresh coat of paint would be a plus. From 7:00 am onwards, the mechanical locks are a nightmare, especially with some of the staff being rather inconsiderate…

23/08/2024: This is an amazing restaurant. One of the best at which we have ever dined and we have dined all over the world. The exquisite pool and garden dining venue is breathtaking with a lovely and classy ambience. The staff were kind and discrete. But the food was remarkable! Never experienced such delicious flavours. The presentation of the dishes was out of this world. The only down side was that the restaurant should ban the use of mobile phones for a variety of reasons. First, we felt very exposed by a man walking around the restaurant for over half an hour taking continuous videos of literally everything. Intrusive and disturbing. We asked our lovely waiter to tell this man to respect our privacy and not to approach us which he did although the filming continued. Second, there was a man in the bar area constantly talking on his phone very loudly as if he was showing off. Not only was he chatting on the phone so everyone could hear but he also kept pacing about causing us some disquiet. The use of the phone continued from the moment we arrived until we left! I suggest that guests are told not to use their phones at all but if they need to access them, then to leave the restaurant and use them outside. This is usual practice in London clubs and you can understand the reason for this rule.

Acceuil très chaleureux, service à la hauteur du lieu, le nouveau chef Mirko nous à régalé de l’entrée au dessert, très belle cuisine pleine d’émotions, raffinée avec des produits de haute qualité, les cuissons étaient parfaitement réalisés. Nous nous sommes régalés. Félicitations à toute les équipes . Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
