13/09/2024: Excellent meal. Price a little expensive and no coffee because the machine was cleaned... a shame to end up without coffee ☕️ under the pretext that the machine is clean at 10 p.m.

04/12/2024: J’y suis venue en famille, pour affaire et entre amis, que ce soit pour un repas classique, une privatisation professionnelle ou une soirée dansante… c’est un lieu magnifique , plein d’histoire où tout est bon, en circuit court et d’une grande qualité (y compris le service). Je conseille vivement ce retour aux sources, à La Source !

10/08/2024: Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti in zona e per 2 sere consecutive ( solo perché lo abbiamo scoperto tardi) siamo stati a cena in questo piccolo angolo di Corsica. Gestito da persone meravigliose, abbiamo mangiato molto bene e siamo stati trattati come fossimo di famiglia. Gentilezza, cordialità e buon cibo. Affettati, formaggi, omelette buonissimi, ma il cinghiale in umido era strepitoso!!! Se passate da queste parti la fermata è obbligatoria. Baci fiorentini, Emanuela e Antonio. PS: ci hanno anche omaggiato di un vasetto di mostarda di loro produzione.

A warm and friendly welcome awaits, but be warned if you have a small appetite, the food is generous and delicious. The place is clean and the service is welcoming – a great stop on the road!

30/04/2026: Thierry gave us a superb welcome, but above all, the food at this restaurant was absolutely delicious. Luckily, there were only two of us there when we were there, so it was far from the summer crowds. The menu was more than generous (I practically had to ride back to the room, haha). You can tell Thierry is a former motorcyclist; we talked about bikes, and he even gave us some route recommendations for our rides. And finally, the room was perfect for the price. The mattress was very comfortable.

29/06/2024: Je n’ai pas les mots. Payer 35€, à l’avance, pour ça ?! Faut vraiment avoir beaucoup d’irrespect pour ses clients. Concernant le menu : « L’entrée » : quatre morceau de salade baignant dans une sauce industrielle. De la mozza tellement chimique que je cherche encore le goût. Deux tomates cerises et un champignon de paris, c’est la folie ! Le choix du plat : entrecôte, poulet PANÉ ou …. Accrochez-vous bien, POISSON PANÉ !!! Oui, celui surgelé qui a été pré mâché par enfant !!!! Tout ça sur un merveilleux lit de salade… Le dessert : un moelleux au chocolat. Pas d’autre choix. Pas de glace avec. Pas de crème anglaise. Rien. Un moelleux au chocolat à 50cts d’euros chez Metro. Concernant la soirée : le Karaoke jusqu’a minuit. Tellement fort qu’on pouvait même pas s’entendre parler. Des « vigiles » qui bavent (ou bandent, au choix), sur les femmes qui dansent… Franchement, une honte. Écœurée par cet établissement. C’est tout simplement une honte qu’il puisse encore être ouvert. Fuyez. Écoutez-moi et fuyez !!!!!!!!
