11/09/2024: I was expecting a cafe with a cute theme as the name suggests but that wasn't the case. The atmosphere was rather underground, with New York loft style inspirations?
My waffles were good but lacked flavor.
The cleanliness of the premises also needs to be reviewed.
The staff was still friendly and welcoming.

19/11/2024: As we were passing through Pamiers to buy a car, we were looking for a small brasserie not far from the point of sale. This brasserie brings together all the elements to have a good time. Copious plates. Excellent meat. Top notch service.
We highly recommend.

23/04/2026: The food was very poor; the ravioli casserole was burnt all over, the guinea fowl leg was dried out, and the tagliatelle was tasteless. Not to mention the cleanliness, which needs improvement in both the restrooms and the dining area.
