17/09/2024: Very unpleasant manager and not at all professional or commercial. Neither hello nor goodbye. Only in the shop we asked for information on an infusion, he referred us to the tea/Infusions menu, independently. And he adds that he is not interested in nosy people! We didn't think we had to wait and the astonishment was palpable... I hope that the opening of Palais des Thés right next door will make tea consumers aware of what a real customer experience is.
