01/09/2024: This cafe is in a beautiful location, a well-known place to come for walks and admire the amazing views. However, the cafe was disappointing although in great surroundings. The service was chaotic, disorganised and the menu limited. First, you have to queue up at the counter inside to make your order, (where no-one seems to know who's doing what behind the counter), then go outside and wait until your bleeper goes off to collect from another counter, and then return your plates afterwards. OK, that's the deal - it's a self-service (apart from inside which is quite small) cafe with lots of outside space, but the high prices didn't reflect this, nor did the quality of the food and the small servings given. Also the 'chips' were soggy and greasy, and who knows what was used to cook them in! The 'alcoholic' drinks were over-priced (I can't comment on the non-alcoholic drinks) - the wine may be organic, but one glass of wine (with a measly amount of wine in the glass) for nearly 5 euros is pushing it, as is a bottle at 27/29 euros, and no pichets of wine as an alternative? We will certainly return to La Roche D'oetre to enjoy the beauty of this location, but will take a picnic with us next time.

27/08/2024: Café/resto super agréable sur un site magnifique, vous avez l embarras pour vous installez sur l immense terrasse ( petit salon, tables, sur la pelouse..), afin de déguster une pizza ou un burger de dingue a l effiloché de porc confit ( le tulum, une tuerie !), ou une glace italienne maison à la vanille 🤤. Jolie carte de vin Bio et les bières... super accueil, les patrons et le personnel sont géniaux, bref on reviendra ! Merci

04/08/2024: It’s so delicious, the chicken heart is super tender, and the chicken skeleton makes me feel like I’m home as a lonely wanderer! Highly recommended! The boss is also very nice. I wish you a prosperous business!

02/08/2024: delicious! Especially the chicken rack and chicken wings, they are so delicious that I have never tasted them before. One bite is so satisfying! And each skewer is huge, so I accidentally ordered too many. The passion fruit lemon tea is also very delicious and relieves fatigue. After eating, the store also gave me watermelon to relieve fatigue, which was very considerate.

29/05/2024: Dépaysement total, on est en Grèce. Mon amie a adoré la moussaka et moi les falafels super bien accompagnés de salades variées. Le tout couronné par un baklava et un café grec

09/05/2024: Within four days, we went twice to this amazing vegetarian Restaurant, as it offers a variety of classic Greek dishes as vegetarian or vegan. The menu allows you to combine cold and hot Meze dishes individually as well as includes plates with a selection of different dishes. We enjoyed the food very much, it is fresh and delicious, and vegan-friendly! There are many different options to choose from, all of them vegetarian, and many optionally available as vegan. Beside from that, the Greek interior contributes to a lovely atmosphere.

23/06/2024: A restaurant that is definitely worth the detour! We went there several times and each time it was a treat. The products are of very good quality and this is reflected in their cuisine. The team is very kind Very nice choice of wines too Nice with family or friends, for an aperitif too!

30/08/2024: Really sweet people and proper pizzas! Went for food with a friend and we were seriously craving for a pizza so we went to this place. The pizzas were nice and the service was proper!

30/08/2024: Very good pizza. The wait is a little long if you don't order in advance, but the atmosphere is pleasant inside the restaurant with a pretty decor.

07/09/2024: Une soirée détente au 158 et un très bon repas. Le concept est innovant, 3 planches pour 2 largement suffisantes ( les quelques restes nous ont été remis dans un petit ballotin cartonné). Une planche de charcuterie, une de fromages et la 3° de légumes avec une délicate sauce à l'ail et nous voilà comblés. Le service est attentif et la patron bien accueillant avec 2 verres de vin, 1 nougat glacé à partager en dessert nous en avons eu pour 47€ ce qui était très raisonnable. Nous vous recommandons ce resto sympa qui sort de l'ordinaire. La prochaine fois on essaie les tartines!!!

27/07/2024: Belle découverte au hasard d une sortie imposée de l autoroute sur la route des vacances. Très bon accueil. Cuisine simple et efficace.

30/07/2024: Meilleur rapport qualité prix que les terrasses du quartier piéton de la basilique. Ça vaut le coup de marcher un peu : cadre agréable (terrasse couverte et calme), bonne cuisine et serveur très aimable. Nous avons pris le menu à 30€/pers

13/07/2024: Belle endroit pour déjeuner, et pourquoi pas une étape. Ce restaurant se situe un peu au dessus de la petite ville de Besse Région d'Auvergne.

02/07/2024: Nous séjournions à l'hôtel pour 1 nuit avec accès spa 40 minutes, repas 3 plats et petit déjeuner. Nous sommes très déçus du diner qui était très mal cuisiné avec des suppléments sur tout ( 4euros en plus pour un pressé de volaille très moyen, 4 euros en plus pour un rumsteak très classique et "noyé" dans une sauce) . C'est la 1ère fois que cela nous arrive , surtout dans un établissement de haut standing comme celui-ci
