23/04/2026: Great meal, second time here and not disappointed! Worthy of a fine restaurant. The house cocktail was very good. The dishes were delicious and beautifully presented. The service was excellent. Best of luck to these young people!

18/03/2026: For the past 10 years, while on a health retreat in Dax, we have been frequenting the restaurant. Until yesterday, we never had any problems. First, the service took 2.5 hours for a starter, main course, and dessert. Second, the meal we were served was excellent, both in terms of presentation and cooking. Why only 2 stars? The length of the service was understandable, considering there were only two first-year vocational trainees and only two staff members in the dining room for six tables of two, plus a table of four added at the last minute, which took up a lot of our waitress' time. Being served first is unacceptable in a proper restaurant. To top it all off, we fainted and lost consciousness 2.5 hours after leaving the restaurant, requiring hospitalization. We have serious questions. This marks the end of our experience at the vocational training center, and we are very sorry about it.

09/04/2024: Réveillé a 7h30 par l'ouverture d'un volet automatique, la patronne ne s'est même pas excusée et le patron est odieux. Douche dysfonctionelle. Petit déjeuner très mauvais, café imbuvable. A fuire comme la peste.

25/03/2024: Après avoir randonné sur les bords de Loire, nous avions réservé le restaurant pour un groupe de 40 personnes. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil familial, les serviettes en tissu, le changement de couverts à chaque plat ainsi que les assiettes chaudes pour le plat principal. Quant au repas, rien à redire, tout était très bon, copieux et fait maison.

05/09/2024: Order a Paella for 20 people, in terms of portions it's just royal, with a beautiful garnish, very good products...no risk of missing out!!! in terms of presentation, it's a shame I offered to bring the large dish in which I had to reheat it but I was told that they only make it available as a gastro dish (well, everyone has their own way of doing things, they have to well there may be a reason, hygiene, weather etc....) Taste wise, everything was really good, slightly lacking in extra spices and especially a chorizo ​​with flavor but we were able to sort that out...Frankly I recommend 100%.Thank you
