02/08/2024: Pas terrible du tout . Je ne recommande pas Malgré les avis plutôt positifs moi j'ai trouvé assez médiocre les plats que nous avons pris . Ce n'était pas de la mauvaise qualité, l'accueil n'était pas non plus mauvais, mais j'ai l habitude de bien mieux manger dans les restau viet et plutôt pour un prix inférieur à ce que j'ai payé . Bref je ne recommande pas ce restau.

20/02/2024: Dragon D'Annam in Carcassonne pleasantly surprised us with its authentic and delicious Asian cuisine. Tucked away just off the main road, it's easy to find using Google Maps. Despite being the first customers and feeling a bit unsure at first, the service was impeccable, and the food was outstanding. We enjoyed dishes from the set menu, including the vermicelli soup, spicy chicken, and caramel pork, all bursting with flavor and free from artificial additives. The portion of fruit dumplings and crystallized ginger at the end was a delightful finale. We particularly appreciated the fresh mint and lettuce provided for wrapping the nems. Overall, Dragon D'Annam is a hidden gem for lovers of Asian cuisine.

03/04/2024: We just spent five nights at Moulin de Civadoux, a truly idyllic escape. The upstairs rooms have been recently renovated. They're rustic, like a traditional guesthouse, but clean and welcoming. Our hosts were incredibly kind, and Sophie took excellent care of us. The rates are very reasonable. You don't go to Civadoux for the comfort of a four-star hotel, but for peace, quiet, relaxation, and the surrounding nature. I look forward to returning.

15/12/2025: A delightful interlude in this charming bed and breakfast... From the decor and beautiful linens to the elegant tableware, Fabienne has a keen eye for detail and a warm welcome! Special mention goes to the delicious breakfast featuring fresh, local products: a real treat! A place to recommend without hesitation.

20/03/2026: Saddened by the news this Friday, March 20, 2026, it was the last night in Sandillon. It was a habit of mine to get those burgers there. Best of luck to you in your new adventure and endeavors. Sincerely
