Mais service très déplorable.
On traite le client comme un voleur qui n'a pas payé sa consommation.
Aucune coordination entre les serveurs pour savoir qui a encaissé la consommation .
Aucun respect pour le client

03/09/2025: An incident occurred on September 3, 2025, at Orly Terminal 3. After purchasing a chicken and cheddar wrap from Monop Daily, I discovered an insect inside the product upon opening it. This discovery is particularly shocking and unacceptable given the hygiene standards one has the right to expect in an international airport. Furthermore, I was met with a disrespectful and contemptuous attitude, which only exacerbated my dissatisfaction.
