05/01/2026: I've been a customer of this excellent artisanal bakery for years. There are two things to highlight. The first is the friendliness of the staff. Two charming young women with a rare kindness. Always smiling, helpful, efficient, and kind—a real treat. That's important. It makes you want to come back, if only for their smiles. The second thing, and it's a shame it's not more widely known, is that they make the BEST Galette des Rois (King Cake) with frangipane in Paris. Flavorful, delicious, generously filled with frangipane, and with exceptional puff pastry. And, to top it all off, at a more than reasonable price. Their "Oranais" pastries are also the best. Yet, I'm extremely demanding when it comes to quality. It's a pastry that's hard to find, but so delicious! Needless to say, I highly recommend this establishment. When everything is good, it's worth saying so. Try it! You won't regret it…

28/03/2024: A terrible school, teachers who disrespect you, random class times, a timetable that is useless given the class times are arranged randomly, I am absent between noon and 1 p.m. even though I am supposed to eat?? I am external, I specify, supervisors who record absences poorly. I really don't recommend this school.

04/11/2024: La cultura del café en Francia siempre ha sido más que solo café, es una forma de vida y una parte clave del tejido social nacional. Conocida por su decoración moderna y elegante, esta es una agradable parada en boxes ubicada en el primer piso sobre la impresionante cafetería Merling. El ambiente aquí refleja el de los icónicos cafés de Bewley en Dublín durante sus años pico. Situado en la animada rue Gambetta se ha vuelto muy popular en La Rochelle, proporcionando un entorno vibrante para los amantes del café y los visitantes para disfrutar de café elaborado por expertos o té de calidad en un entorno moderno. La historia del grupo cafetero es interesante, una pequeña empresa fue fundada por la familia Merling en 1979 en La Rochellel, la empresa creció hasta convertirse en una importante empresa de distribución de café, probablemente liderando la industria en la región de Vendée ahora, con un equipo de más de 500 empleados. Si está en La Rochelle, visitar este café para experimentar el ambiente único y el patrimonio es sin duda muy recomendable.

29/06/2024: Voor mensen die houden van de kalmte en de rust in volle natuur. Zonder kapsones maar ongedwongen rechttoe rechtaan aanpak. Wij verbleven 1 nacht met diner bij aankomst en uitgebreid ontbijt van goede kwaliteit. Beiden gebruikten we buiten op het terras. Prijs/kwaliteit zeker in orde. Ideale plek en vertrekpunt om in de omgeving van La Petite Pierre wandelingen en trektochten te maken. Mijn beoordeling ligt ergens tussen goed en zeer goed, afhankelijk van wat je zoekt en verwacht. Vergeet jullie duimpje niet als dit nuttig voor je was.

15/04/2024: Très bon restaurant dans un super cadre tranquille , les repas servis sont de qualité ainsi que l’accueil aimable ,service correct , nous avons très bien mangé , donc à conseiller.
