01/04/2024: Always a pleasure to visit this Colombus, the employees are welcoming and the products are very good. Small downside lately: no ciabatta available at 12:30 p.m. yet. This happened to me twice in the space of three days. I find it a shame knowing that we eat during these hours... I would allow myself to change my rating if I see that the problem no longer occurs (or exceptionally).

22/03/2024: In the top ! I have been going there at least twice a week for several months (because I work in the gallery). I have never been disappointed, their menus are really nice and there is something for everyone. Their drinks? Hot or cold are my hobby. Bonus for the salmon cucumber club 😀 The whole team is very welcoming, especially a young brunette woman with curly hair who I deal with regularly. At the top 👍🏻

07/08/2024: Nous avons mangé le mardi 6 août au soir et tout était parfait. L'accueil par le serveur, ensuite ses conseils pour le choix d'un vin blanc local. Le service était efficace, avec le sourire et la cuisine est de qualité. J'ai mangé d'excellentes ravioles et mon mari un Burger cuit saignant comme demandé, ce qui est très rare car souvent trop cuit. Nous pouvons que recommander cet établissement de qualité avec un personnel de salle exceptionnel.

14/05/2024: Endroit très sympas, une cuisine inédite Sergio le patron est d’une gentillesse incroyable. Merci à sa femme pour ces bon petit plats

16/06/2024: Je suis très déçue. Côté cuisine j ai commandé un welsh qui était juste immangeable : le fromage très salé et liquide impossible de manger plus de deux fourchettes. Côté service : aucun sourire et lorsque nous avons signalé gentiment que les Welsh n étaient pas bon nous avons juste eu un retour qu ils avaient été cuisiné le jour même. Pas d excuses, et encore moins un geste commercial. Je ne recommande pas Du tout ce resto.

14/04/2024: Très beau restaurant au charme d'antan 😍, accueil chaleureux et service au top 👏 côté cuisine ... Un vrai régal, généreux et copieux 😁 les tarifs à sa juste valeur des plats servis environ 35€ par personnes. Un restaurant a essayé sans hésitation, n'oubliez pas de réserver.

13/08/2024: Accueil chaleureux, une belle cuisine riche en saveurs. Le personnel est professionnel et sympathique. Un très bon moment. Table à recommander.

15/06/2024: Une cuisine des plus savoureuses, magret parfaitement cuit, sauce très goûteuse. Et un accueil extrêmement chaleureux avec de gros efforts pour accommoder nos chiens. Une très belle pause.

17/07/2026: I was verbally assaulted and insulted by the person who presented herself as the manager. Given the numerous customer reviews describing similar situations specifically concerning this person over the years, my experience is far from isolated. From the moment we arrived, the manager made us feel rushed. We were practically expected to order even though she hadn't finished with the previous customers. I ordered two meals, and when I asked for the student discount to be applied to both, the person who presented herself as the manager immediately verbally assaulted me. She was unable to prove that the discount only applied to one meal and told me that she was the one who wrote Subway's terms and conditions. She then insulted me repeatedly and made derogatory comments about my appearance to other customers. Many customers present were particularly shocked by the scene, and I was able to gather their accounts. I have never been insulted in my life over a cookie. When I asked for the receipt, the person claiming to be the manager refused to issue it. It was finally another employee who agreed to give it to me. Furthermore, the portions were much smaller compared to other Subway locations. This person would have been better off cleaning the restaurant, as not a single table was clean, rather than insulting customers and then hiding in the back room. I am filing a report regarding the refusal to honor the promotional offer with the fraud squad, and I do not rule out pursuing the legal action this aggression warrants with the appropriate authorities.

08/05/2026: Unacceptable, racist remarks from the manager of the Subway Besançon Chateaufarine. Despite my letters, I have received no response from you. I consider that you condone this kind of remark, which supposedly in no way reflects the moral values ​​of your company. One must be neutral and professional, respecting every customer. During my visit in May 2025, for no apparent reason, while I was choosing my meal, the manager, who is supposed to be an example to her employees, made a very inappropriate and offensive remark: "No pork," with a provocative and mocking smile. This remark was unsurprisingly linked to my appearance and ethnic origin. I clearly do not intend to let this go. To let this go, to tolerate this kind of remark, is unacceptable. Without any action on your part, I will take the necessary steps on my end. A word to the wise.

12/06/2024: Brilliant Pizza, better than UK pizza chains! You can eat at a restaurant for 1/2 the price of UK restaurant. The man serving the food was really nice, the campsite as a whole is brilliant. (The restaurant is best after doing the kayaking!)

06/07/2026: I came for lunch today. There were two people serving: a man and a woman. The man was perfectly polite and professional. However, the older woman, who doesn't speak French as well, had what I found to be a particularly aggressive attitude from the start, simply because I only ordered two spring rolls to eat in. I was very surprised by her unpleasant and unwelcoming manner. It's a shame, because this experience completely ruined my visit. I hope you have better luck than I did. Unfortunately, I encountered this person, and I sincerely hope your experience is better.
