The director quickly understood our needs, which were quite specific for an elderly person. She took the time to listen, advise us, and implement a tailored support plan. In particular, we have started cognitive stimulation sessions, which are going very well and fully meet our expectations. The director is always smiling, available, attentive, and very pleasant. Her professionalism and kindness are particularly appreciated. As for the caregivers, they are simply wonderful. They work with gentleness, respect, and great care.
