20/08/2024: On August 13, 2024 around 2:35 p.m. I decided to have a coffee at the Pariwest shopping center. The expected pleasant moment turned into an unpleasant moment. I sat in the customer area, people were very discreet, however this was not the case for an employee. Indeed, I was shocked by the behavior of this employee, who is a lady (between 45 and 53 years old, boy haircut and wearing glasses), this person seems to be in charge of the place, since she was speaking to her employee, from the uncleaned cart from the day before. The most shocking thing was the unpleasant way she spoke to a customer of about 16 years old who asked for extra sugar. The screaming manager tells him that it's 2 sugars per drink, and no more, and this in the most unpleasant form possible. The client made me sad since she seemed to be very bothered and upset. I had my coffee without sugar so she could have just given him the sugar that I didn't consume with my coffee. The loss of profit in sugar is not considered that significant in comparison to the potential loss of customers with such poor service. Pomme de Pain seems to be very stingy in terms of sugar, so there is no longer any reason for me to consume it from this store. I had to consume my coffee quickly in order to leave this place as quickly as possible. It is an uncomfortable place, because this manager of the premises does not speak but screams, instead of approaching her other employee to speak to him, she shouts very loudly so that this employee who is far from her, in the customer area, can answer one of his questions concerning a can of drink he consumed.

01/08/2024: Best place to have a quiet coffee, a must-see spot to recharge those batteries🔥⚡️🔥The croissant 🥐 is light and fresh🤤The pain au chocolat is creamy and well proportioned, the pancakes 🥞are good, large and tender, finally the brownie is an ode to gluttony and therefore to great chocolate lovers who will be won over😋XXL chocolate muffin is ok too✅great staff👌🏼🔥✨

23/08/2024: Lamentable !!!!!!!! En plein mois d'août, on s'est entendu dire dans cet établissement qu'il ne faisait pas de churros, pas de gaufre, par manque de personnel..... Alors qu'une des personnes travaillant dans cet endroit était à moitié affalé sur la vitrine des glaces à attendre que ça se passe.

19/08/2024: Tarif correct : 6 € les 3 boules. J'ai choisi citron vert, perché de vigne et cerise. Résultat : 3 parfums de citron, et très sucré pour compenser l'acidité... À ne pas refaire

02/05/2024: La Maison Alsacienne est très connue en Alsace pour posséder de nombreuses boutiques de biscuiteries. Mais surtout, la renommée provient de la qualité des produits mis en ventes et fabriqués en local dans la région. Et cette renommée n'est pas usurpée, on la constate dès les premières bouchées avec un produit fort goûteux et moelleux, et ce, quelques soient les aliments achetés en boutique. Nous avons acheté des macarons, des meringues et de la brioche, et tous ces produits de qualité n'ont guère existé plus de deux semaines, tant notre gourmandise à pris le dessus sur le raisonnable. La qualité gustative des produits, c'est bien, même indispensable, mais il ne faut pas oublier l'accueil en magasin par des employés aux sourires affichés, sympathiques et surtout professionnels en ayant à cœur de renseigner le client sur la fabrication des produits tout en distillant des conseils appropriés.

20/06/2024: Shocked! Being 6 months pregnant, I arrive and find a queue then I wait, it doesn't move forward, I then decide to walk towards the Boss, I ask her, explaining that I am very hungry, can I go to priority, she answers me categorically NO, she continues by saying that she is the mother of 3 children that will pass to me, all with a voice that therefore makes everyone listen. I left ashamed and shocked, This is the first time you've seen this and your ca Especially coming from a mother, so I knew she was unpleasant with her employees but not with the customers.

09/04/2024: Hello, I am a regular customer but today it is no longer possible. The prices have become more exaggerated but still pass when you get around to it. This afternoon I had a breaded chicken bowl with supposedly tsatsiki sauce in it but once I arrived at the office I noticed the equivalent of a small teaspoon of sauce given the volume of the bowl it's just not possible.

17/06/2024: Is there a cook in their kitchen? Many wait for dishes that are mostly frozen A very pretty frame but that's not all!!

22/07/2024: J’y suis passée aujourd’hui. Personnel super sympa et au petits soins. La nourriture est bonne, mais j’en espérait un peu plus dans la dépaysement. Prix démocratiques. Si vous êtes en voiture, il faudra ajouter le prix du parking … parce que tout est piéton et impossible d’arriver en voiture. (Mais ça c’est pas leur faute ;) )

05/05/2024: Cuisine dépaysante et rempli de saveur! Fait maison avec des matieres premières fraiches et de qualité. A essayer en toute confiance. Tres bon rapport qualite prix. Nous avons mangé sur place Ambiance très sympathique avec musique de fond. Tres petit pour du sur place mais ca passe bien. Merci baobaozi ✨🙏
