28/05/2024: Endroit sympa, nouveaux propriétaires depuis mon dernier passage. Je pense il peut y avoir des améliorations à venir. Entrées : je suis d’accord qu’il y ait moins de choix qu’ailleurs à condition que ce soit maison. Dommage le pain était du décongelé. Pour le plat, simple efficace pour un midi (manquait peut-être en quantité de viande) sinon c’était bon. Dessert 2 choix, ça restait un peu sommaire (fromage blanc ou crème). Rapport qualité prix 15,50 avec boisson café. Raisonnable à condition d’améliorer certaines choses ci-dessus.

27/08/2024: Personnel très accueillant, les petits plats maison sont délicieux, on voit qu’ils se donnent de mal , je conseille fortement !

07/08/2024: Super bon ! Très bonne accueil le personnel est cool ! J ai adorer mon smoothie et mon panini ! Le café est propre et les toilettes aussi !

12/04/2024: L'environnement est incroyable : vous mangez avec une vue sur l'aérodrome ! La qualité des plats et du service est largement au rendez-vous

02/08/2024: Pretty bad service. Waiters being rude and impatient. Passing by one day and would like to take reservation, but waiters were ignoring first and then impatiently pointing at the operation hours, implying not taking any reservations. No word at all.

26/07/2024: We had a terrible customer experience and will not return. We stated the facts only and will leave for all readers to judge for themselves. Context: We reserved a table for 8 persons to celebrate a birthday lunch. This was our first time to this restaurant as this was a recommendation from people who have dined previously. The table given to us was at the back in a room with closed windows and no natural light. Due to the lack of air circulation and light, we asked to be relocated towards the front. Opening the windows will allow the smell of the restaurant garbage bins to come in. At the front, there was one table with 6 customers. The first response from the lady was that we should have reserved and asked for the front. She did not want to accommodate our request regardless of our insistence. She did not make any efforts and any flexibility to find a solution. Not knowing the restaurant was not acceptable and just too bad. Her attitude was quite awful! We called the owner and complained about the unfriendly service and not commercially friendly. After long explanation and pleading, the owner agreed for us to sit in front. Given the space and small tables, there were 2 round tables left that we could put together for 8 persons. She and another colleague did not move from their positions at all. They stood and watched us putting the two tables together. We had to ask for additional sets of napkins, spoons, chopsticks... From that moment on, the meals were just to symbolize the birthday and gathering of the family. While we were there and for the rest of the afternoon, there was only 2 additional tables of 4 persons After such bad service, we did not appreciate the dishes at all. We will not go back.

14/08/2024: Far breton pâteux il y avait 1 pruneaux on voit que la poudre qui dilue c'est de l'industriel et non artisanal très déçue je suis une pâtissière et je connais la composition du FAR BRETON !!! qui doit être souple et goûteux dommage de faire goûter cela aux touristes !

10/08/2024: Nous venons plusieurs fois par an sur Vannes et ne manquons jamais de passer chez François pour faire notre réserve de gâteaux bretons et prendre un en cas. Nous avons attendu très longtemps pour une crêpe beurre sucre sans saveur, très épaisse, pas assez cuite , très peu beurrée et sucrée! En arrivant à la maison nous avons goûté le gâteau breton aux framboises et avons été très déçus! Il n est pas assez cuit ce qui lui donne un goût et une texture désagréable. Pour la 1ere fois nous ne le mangerons pas ! Je suis vraiment déçue de perdre cette adresse que je recommandais à toutes les personnes qui venaient à Vannes car, pour moi, c etait un des meilleurs endroit de la region pour les gâteaux et les kouing amann.
