17/08/2026: Good restaurant and very good service. Despite a very small staff, they were very friendly and kind. The meals were very good, but unfortunately, we had relied on Google Maps and didn't find anything we particularly liked on the current menu. The terrace was very pleasant.

If you're looking for traditional French bistro classics in Lyon served with great quality and unbelievable prices, Bouillon Maurice is an absolute must-visit! We started with some classic Lyonnais starters: the local Rosette de Lyon cured sausage served with butter and cornichons, along with a refreshing bowl of Velouté menthe-petits pois (chilled pea and mint soup) and a rich, creamy Cervelle de Canut (a traditional Lyonnais seasoned cheese dip). Every single starter was fresh, flavorful, and hit the spot. For the main courses, we went with two classic French dishes: Tartare de Bœuf au couteau – Perfectly seasoned hand-cut beef tartare served with a generous portion of golden, crispy fries. Tête de veau sauce gribiche – Tender, beautifully prepared calf's head accompanied by steamed potatoes and a rich, savory gribiche sauce. Absolutely authentic and full of depth! 14/08/2026: I had lunch here today after a visit to the fort. It was fantastic in every respect, with very friendly service that told me why Johan Cruyff named his son Jordi, much to Franco's chagrin. The mussels were exquisite, not even in a herb butter soup this time, but with a delicious sauce. Meatballs as the main course and a Catalan crème brûlée. Highly recommended for every visitor to Salses.

04/08/2026: The most delicious restaurant I went to in Paris wasn't a Michelin-starred one, nor was it some fancy course meal; it was Sanukiya. It felt like I was in Japan. T_T I want to eat there again... If you come during peak dining hours, I think there will definitely be a wait. I was lucky enough to get in without waiting, but even though it was around 3:30 or 4:00, a line formed as soon as I sat down. Still, the turnover seems pretty fast, so if the line isn't too long, I think it's worth giving it a try. Delicious! Delicious! Delicious! Delicious!

We ordered two pizzas (one with four cheeses and one with seafood) and they were delicious! Thin crust and very generous toppings. Absolutely delicious. And that's it! New customers guaranteed.

16/08/2026: A family outing (6 adults, 4 children) this Sunday, including lunch and a visit to the city of Arles, made for a wonderful day. The children were thrilled; the lock impressed them. Arles, with its Van Gogh-inspired paintings, the Roman arena, and the theater, is a beautiful city. The boat was great, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the meal was delicious. The crew was helpful, smiling, and always available, and we enjoyed a musical interlude on the return trip with a lovely singer's voice.

16/07/2026: I was very surprised by the staff's kindness; you don't find that level of service everywhere these days. The food was delicious; we had the tomahok and the Wagyu ribeye steak—truly a treat! I highly recommend it. Even the vegetables were tender and delicious. I recommend it a thousand times over!
