14/04/2026: I think it's a good restaurant with quality fish but quite disappointed by the makis, there are few choices especially for vegetarians and otherwise it's made with surimi so it's a shame to pay to eat surimi... I think it has changed a lot.

24/04/2026: The welcome was pleasant, but the sandwich wasn't anything special. Perhaps it's a matter of taste, but I thought it was cooked köfte.

11/04/2026: We had a wonderful evening from aperitif to dessert – a real treat! Everything was homemade, simply delicious and flavorful. Furthermore, the waitress and chef were exceptionally kind and shared their expertise with passion. Thank you again for this delightful experience; we will definitely be back. We highly recommend this restaurant.

06/05/2026: (Note: This review only concerns the lunch service; I haven't tried the evening buffet/tapas menu, which is very different.) While it was already quite good, recently, following the hiring of a new chef (as I understand it), the quality has improved significantly. The menu has been intentionally reduced in selection, and the prices have increased slightly, but it's well worth it. Very pleasant on the terrace at lunchtime. A good atmosphere among the team, which is nice to see. (Updated Spring 2026) The beef cheek stew is absolutely amazing 😋. Don't miss it!

14/03/2026: We were tempted this Friday by the "lobster" menu currently offered by the Chef at Savignois, and frankly, it was a delight! The dishes were beautifully presented, the flavor combinations were surprising at first glance but blended together perfectly 😋 We left feeling satisfied and very happy to have tasted these dishes and discovered these flavors. Thank you to the Chef, for whom sharing his passion means creating dishes for sharing and customer satisfaction. The service was excellent, and the couple who run the place are incredibly welcoming. The Chef came out of the kitchen towards the end of service and shared a "digestive" secret with us! 🤫 I gave it 4 out of 5 for the atmosphere because I found the dining room a bit dreary; it lacked a bit of energy compared to the bar area. We will definitely be back for the quality of the food!! And in the summer, because the terrace will be much nicer 😉

10/05/2026: First of all, a huge thank you to Émilie who served us with such kindness and attentiveness and gave us excellent advice! We were able to try the mango smoothie of the day, the agua chile, and the ita-taki, as well as spring rolls as appetizers. The flavors were matched only by the ambiance of the place, and every detail was thoughtfully designed. We highly recommend this timeless spot and will definitely be back.

28/03/2026: A wonderful experience in Gréoux-les-Bains. A warm welcome, elegant setting, and a pleasant atmosphere. Excellent wine recommendations and a high-quality menu, especially the fish selection (sealed tuna and grilled cuttlefish on a bed of brown rice and seasonal vegetables). We loved it. Thank you. Our only slight disappointment was with the cheese and charcuterie platter; we would have liked a little butter and some gherkins, but we still enjoyed the place, the time, and the atmosphere 💕

The mastery is evident: subtle balance, perfectly cooked, harmonious textures. Without a doubt, everything is homemade, and prepared with exacting standards. We were delighted: sardines with marinated vegetables, as delicious as they were delicate, followed by kidneys in mustard sauce, perfectly executed—a generous, precise, almost nostalgic dish, yet without being heavy. A vibrant, embodied cuisine, driven by a chef whose talent is as much evident as it is palpable. If this review is missing a star, it's only because we'll have to return. For dessert. And to continue exploring the rest of the menu, especially the blanquette, this time with a glass of cider. See you very soon for the fifth. Bonus points to the charming and attentive waiter.

21/04/2026: The food was microwaved and served. It was a very plain, soulless dish. I had the fish soup and the fish of the day plate. Because it was microwaved, all the flavor was gone. The only good thing I ate was the chocolate mousse. It tasted amazing. I don't think I'll come again. Maybe for dessert.

29/04/2026: A wonderful discovery in Notre-Dame-de-Monts 👍 A truly warm welcome from Éric, a Breton from Côtes d'Armor who has been living here for several years — you immediately sense his passion and dedication to his restaurant. A simple and friendly atmosphere, and what's more, it's open year-round, which is rare in this area 👌 I highly recommend it!
