08/08/2026: We had dinner yesterday at Tandoori, right in the heart of Montpellier. Getting there by car isn't easy if you're unfamiliar with the city, but once you're there, it's definitely worth the trip! The **wood-fired kebabs are excellent**, as are the **tandoori naans**. You can tell they're well-prepared and made with care. The set menus are around **€10-12 and are very generous**. A little tip for families with children: if fries aren't essential, just order a naan; it's more than enough! **Excellent service, with the option to eat outside. A great place that I highly recommend!**

31/08/2026: Excellent experience at Enjoy Sushi Marignane! The sushi is delicious, beautifully presented, and the ingredients seem fresh. The staff is welcoming and the service is quick. The restaurant is pleasant and there's a good selection on the menu. A great place to eat sushi in Marignane, I highly recommend it!

29/08/2026: Excellent service, beautiful decor, and a pleasant atmosphere; the staff are motivated and friendly. Our dishes were delicious, especially the katsudon. Furthermore, the prices are reasonable for a restaurant. I highly recommend it!

04/08/2026: Run, run away! On August 2, 2026, I ordered a bucket of 50 hot wings. Unfortunately, I found a hair inside, which is unacceptable from a hygiene standpoint. So I called the restaurant. Initially, I had to insist to get a solution. I simply wanted my bucket refilled. After a few minutes of discussion, they finally agreed that I could come back to pick it up later that evening, as I couldn't come immediately. Upon arrival, I was very disappointed by the service. I felt unwelcome and was immediately asked about my order without even a greeting. I also felt that my complaint was being questioned, even though I had simply pointed out a hygiene issue. While I waited, I noticed some staff members chatting amongst themselves and an employee eating fries during her shift, while there was a long wait at the drive-thru. The same woman who was enjoying her fries when I picked up my order was disappointed again; she didn't even say goodbye. I also noticed that her protective netting seemed poorly positioned, which particularly concerned me after the hygiene issue I had already reported regarding a hair found in my food. I was also very disappointed by the attitude of the manager on duty, who introduced himself as "Alex." My complaint was questioned loudly, without any discretion, in front of other people. An employee also made remarks loudly, saying, among other things, "Why don't people come back right away?" in a tone that I found irritated. I felt that my situation wasn't being taken seriously, as if returning later was considered a problem, even though everyone has their own constraints during the day. This situation gave me the impression of a lack of organization, communication, and professionalism in the handling of customer complaints. I am very disappointed with this experience. Mistakes can happen, but the way the situation was handled and the reception I received make me not want to return. To management: it would be necessary to have a meeting with the teams regarding their attitude, professionalism, and adherence to hygiene rules, in order to prevent this type of situation from happening again.

13/09/2026: €6.50 for a 25cl IPA + mint water is a bit pricey. The service was friendly but not amazing; they offered an appetizer platter or asked if we were staying for dinner... Not great, which is a shame.

03/09/2026: A pleasant setting, not exceptional inside, but it's fine. The main draw is the huge terrace on the square, with both sun and shade. The prices are quite reasonable for the Presqu'île, and the menu isn't too extensive, just the way I like it. Finally, a special mention goes to the young and friendly service team, familiar but not overly so, which makes you feel right at home. A second special mention for this establishment where you're also well received if you're a dog: absolutely dog-friendly!

01/09/2026: The wait between courses was too long. The beef tataki was inedible, too tough. The steak tartare was sloppily cut with a knife. The tartare preparation wasn't great. Consider changing the head chef. I know the Hippopotamus in Nancy very well; it's perfect. Find the people in charge, or you'll go out of business.

07/08/2026: A lovely lunch in the sunshine at Cloud Cakes! The scrambled tofu was exquisite, the grilled cheese perfectly seasoned, and the Cloud Salad wonderfully tangy! The ingredients are fresh and the dishes are made to order! We thoroughly enjoyed it! Pleasant setting, pedestrianized street. Order at the counter.

11/09/2026: Disappointed with the food; the cassoulet was mediocre, very dry and bland, and the lemon meringue tart for dessert was also just okay. Very disappointing value for money. A shame, because the staff were friendly.

15/08/2026: The meal was very good despite being a bit pricey. (You're paying for being on the port, which is very pleasant.) However, the service from some of the waiters leaves something to be desired. We asked about a pizza, and the waiter replied, "I don't have time for you," feigning a joke and never actually answering our question. Not great.

15/08/2026: I would like to report the unacceptable behavior of the tattooed waiter. We arrived, looked at the menu, and then a waitress came over to take our order. She didn't ask if we wanted to eat in or takeout, so naturally we ordered at the counter and went to sit down because waiting 20 minutes standing up is a long time. Then the tattooed waiter came over and yelled at us, saying that we couldn't be seated there. He spoke to us aggressively, shouting, and everyone turned around in our direction as if we had committed a crime! It was truly a humiliating experience! Afterwards, I went back to him to explain that his way of speaking to us was unacceptable: he completely ignored me and blamed us, still speaking aggressively. Just before that, I saw him speaking normally to an elderly woman, asking her if she could move from her seat. So why the behavior towards two young men of North African origin? I really wonder. The way we were treated is unacceptable; I've never seen anything like it. I'll never set foot in that place again, and I urge you to do the same.
