24/03/2026: If you're looking for a more upscale restaurant than your usual haunts, head to La Virgule! The prices are very reasonable. The quality-to-price ratio is truly perfect! A delight for the taste buds! The food is plentiful! It's a real treat! And you'll always discover new flavors! This restaurant is perfect for birthday celebrations if you'd like to celebrate out! Cloth tablecloths and napkins, excellent service, delicious dishes, an idyllic setting—what more could you ask for? Thank you for all the future evenings with friends at your place!

30/03/2026: Very disappointed! We had a table for six people booked a week in advance. On the day, the waitress took our order: three appetizers, three main courses, and three desserts. Sounded good. The order was placed. She served us aperitifs and then came back to tell us that a certain appetizer was out. Those who had chosen it changed their order. Then they were out of fish, and finally, they were out of crème brûlée. In short, there was nothing left, on a Sunday at 1 p.m.! This was awkward for our guests, especially since we were the ones hosting! The restaurant seems secondary; they're more focused on the casino!

21/03/2026: We had an excellent meal! The presentation was quite simple, but the food was of very high quality and the service was impeccable and warm.

14/03/2026: High-altitude location with a magnificent view. The accommodations are very nice and functional, apart from a cramped shower cubicle. There's a lovely terrace for relaxing in the sun. We were worried about being a bit far from the slopes, but a free and frequent shuttle bus gets you there in 7 minutes. Unfortunately, the ice rink was closed, and there was no swimming pool. The village of Ceillac is small and very picturesque, with a shop for groceries and other essentials. For everything else, you have to go to Guillestre (25 minutes). A wonderful holiday if you like small resorts.

29/05/2026: The brand is famous... here's the hack for you... go past the deliciousness and up the stairs to the tea room. Food, drinks, and treats await you. Expect fancy service - be patient and enjoy the atmosphere. In a hurry? They will accommodate you. Want to chill? Great option too. We ducked out of the heat, into a time capsule. Go and enjoy a slice of Paris.

12/05/2026: Very tasty & good quality drinks and Macarons. Expensive but you get what you pay for. Lovely interior, presentation & staff hospitality. Recommend :)

03/07/2026: The real deal! An authentic Bouillabaisse! Russian-style service with fish carving and tableside service. Something that has sadly disappeared. The atmosphere is reminiscent of "Le Grand Restaurant chez Septime" for De Funès fans! We absolutely love it. It's certainly pricey, but it's a memory for life. Avoid the pale and poor imitations and run to Michel's. Worthy of the Duchemin guide to "L'Aile ou la Cuisse" this time!

30/06/2026: Definitely overrated and overpriced: there are just two dishes, and you still spend no less than 80 euros a head. A huge disappointment; the menu really doesn't offer much choice. It's old, certainly with a great history behind it, but it hasn't been updated in the slightest. I wouldn't recommend it.

17/04/2026: Restaurant closed since February 2026. There was no information about it on Google, their website, or Facebook. We made the trip for nothing. Finally, when we tried to call to find out why no one was there, the person who answered said it was closed...

02/01/2026: A little gem! We wanted to introduce our 12-year-old son to refined and delicious cuisine. The place is very charming, the service impeccable, and the food as beautiful to look at as it is to taste. I highly recommend it.

21/06/2026: We stopped by on a sweltering day and the owner immediately took care of us :-) He put our helmets in a cool place and offered us a shady spot for our motorcycles. And the meal was delicious!!!

01/06/2026: A beautiful place. Betty is incredibly kind and admirable. I would gladly return given the warm welcome. It feels like home. A lovely, peaceful spot where stopping here allows you to relax, even just for one night. As for the food, it's absolutely delicious and all homemade.

22/06/2026: We went there with my mother and grandmother on Sunday, June 21st. We had a single meal: very good, nice atmosphere, and excellent staff.

19/07/2026: I witnessed a manager speaking to a waiter with extreme arrogance and disrespect. This attitude prompted me to leave the establishment immediately. I will not be returning.

18/07/2026: Disastrous delivery service. Order placed at 8:20 PM, delivered at 11:00 PM. The worst part isn't the wait, but rather the fact that they entrust the driver with an order from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM without even considering the possibility of repeating it for the sake of customer service. A pathetic restaurant!

06/07/2026: A bad experience… We came for a birthday celebration and it was a terrible experience. We waited 25 minutes for drinks… Then the food was very disappointing: lasagna without meat or salad (you have to pay extra for a few leaves). It was a complete disappointment for everyone. The prices are still reasonable, though. We hadn't been there in a while, but the quality has definitely declined. We won't be back, which is a real shame.

06/07/2026: The rating is indeed poor for this restaurant. Honestly, I've rarely eaten so badly. I arrived at 8 pm and wasn't served until 9:20 pm. We were a large table (9), admittedly, but that's not normal. Only 2 or even 3 people working at the bar for a restaurant that must serve over 100 covers. This isn't the servers' fault, but the employer's, and it's unacceptable. Even if staff are absent, they should find replacements. Anyway... The wine wasn't good, my lasagna wasn't good. And I can assure you that out of 9 people, no one ate well: too salty, full of grease, and the ingredients weren't fresh. The only thing I wanted that evening was to leave as quickly as possible. Sorry, but I absolutely do not recommend it.
