23/04/2026: Le Nouveau Restaurant Le 36 in Vallauris is a fantastic Italian restaurant! 🇮🇹 The pizzas are authentic Italian, the pasta too—in fact, everything is homemade and genuinely Italian, right down to the truly delicious desserts 😋🤩 The chef cooks wonderfully, with flavors that transport you straight to Italy ✨ The staff is very kind, welcoming, and always smiling, which makes the experience even more enjoyable 🥰 I highly recommend it! 🍕🍝❤️

08/06/2026: Very clean restaurant. It was a little empty when we went, but that only made the service faster. Good food. I recommend it. P.S.: I would have liked some sauces with the cheese naans, but everything else was perfect.

18/05/2026: We organized a birthday party at the restaurant. Everything went very well; the manager was very accommodating, and the guests found the food delicious. We were able to bring our own cakes and other treats, decorate the restaurant a bit, and play some music. We had chosen the menus in advance, and the restaurant was able to handle last-minute additions. The bathroom was very clean. There was plenty of parking for everyone. I highly recommend it!

03/07/2026: We celebrated our wedding at L’Instant Gourmand. Everything went perfectly! The team, led by Yasmine and Nordine, took excellent care of us, were very attentive, and incredibly helpful. We received only positive feedback from our guests. The meal was perfect, and the decorations were magnificent. We recommend them 2000%! Yasmine and Nordine were very attentive and did everything to make our day magnificent. A huge thank you also to Arifé, who supported us throughout the year and acted as a liaison with Yasmine and Nordine. Thank you for making this the most beautiful day of our lives. We would do it again without hesitation.

15/07/2026: We've been coming here for two years now with our two (large) dogs, and we've always had a wonderful time and received a warm welcome. Unfortunately, our experience last night deserves to be shared. Knowing that reservations aren't possible, we called an hour in advance to let them know we'd be a party of seven, including two dogs and a baby. We were assured, as usual, that it wouldn't be a problem. Upon arrival, a young man (dark hair, short beard) told us we couldn't sit at our usual spot around the bar because "dogs are scary," which had never been an issue before. He directed us to a bench meant for three people, promising to bring us chairs. Only one person arrived... After five minutes without any news, we asked a woman in charge of the restaurant, who told us that there wouldn't be any more chairs until everyone was seated. It was 7:15 PM... Realizing we weren't welcome, we decided to leave. The young man, well aware of the situation, showed great courage: he went to hide as we were leaving (too bad, we could see you perfectly well watching us through the window). The woman, for her part, tried to make up for this courage in her own way, approaching us aggressively with her hand, less than thirty centimeters from our face, attempting to intervene, and raising her voice in a very, very inappropriate manner. We won't tell you to avoid this place, as it's usually a very pleasant one. But this behavior deserved to be reported. There were clearly places available to accommodate us: we would have preferred to be told clearly from the start that we "could not" be accommodated, rather than being subjected to a deliberately dissuasive/aggressive welcome to push us to leave.

02/07/2026: A wonderful discovery in the heart of Cap Corse! I spent one night there and truly appreciated the family atmosphere of this establishment. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Roger and Sébastien. Father and son, they are a truly passionate duo, always available, professional, and deeply committed to their guests' well-being. Their hospitality makes all the difference and immediately makes you want to return. The establishment boasts an ideal location, right across from one of the few fine sandy beaches in Cap Corse. After a day of exploring, what a pleasure it was to enjoy the pool in such a calm and relaxing setting. As for the restaurant, it's a real treat. The wood-fired grilled meats are excellent, and the pork chop I enjoyed was simply delicious: generous, perfectly cooked, and bursting with flavor. I also had the pleasure of tasting Mamma's delicious ratatouille, an authentic dish that embodies home cooking and Corsican traditions. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and impeccably clean. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the overall value is excellent. A family-run, authentic, and friendly establishment where you can feel their passion for their work and their desire to please. Thank you to Roger and Sébastien for their hospitality. A wonderful place that I highly recommend!

22/05/2026: Unlike some self-proclaimed food critics who seem to think a restaurant must necessarily reflect their personal tastes to be considered "worthwhile," the menu here has the merit of possessing a genuine identity and offering something coherent and well-crafted. We come to a restaurant to discover a cuisine and an atmosphere, not to impose our own desires on the chef… For the rest, a very pleasant discovery: a particularly lovely terrace, tasteful and elegant decor, and a warm atmosphere without being pretentious. The service is efficient, friendly, and attentive throughout the meal. The dishes are well-prepared, refined, and balanced, with a few discreet but expertly executed Asian touches that bring a real originality to the whole experience. A place clearly worth recommending, both for the setting and the food.

26/04/2026: A pleasant and friendly surprise! I went with my husband and two daughters, and we found the clientele to be welcoming. We received excellent service, the waiters were pleasant, the food was exquisite, and the setting was lovely (a small garden with an aviary and a well-maintained fish pond). We had a wonderful time.¹
