12/05/2026: I visited around 7:30 in the morning to buy bread for breakfast. I bought a croissant, a chocolat, and a boucho. The in-room dining at my Airbnb was delicious.

26/05/2026: The chicken was dry, just like the owner's welcome. I waited 15 minutes at the entrance without him saying a word to me, passing by 15 times. His lovely waitress suggested I wait until a nice table became available. She seated me on the terrace. He told her that the table was for two gentlemen who had arrived 10 minutes after me and that I needed to move. No doubt thinking he was being considerate of his guests, he declared, "There are priorities, and my priority is me," and asked me to move. Which I did, while my two neighbors apologized profusely, making it clear they hadn't asked for anything. The free-range chicken was overcooked, dry, and tough, and the potatoes were lukewarm. The wine was good, and the waitress was very kind. The place is charming, right next to a fountain.

09/06/2026: The guy was was obviously short staffed so decided to deal with it by avoiding eye contact with the customers Main course took an hour to arrive 40 minutes after finishing, the main course remained on our table. I caught his eye but 5 minutes later still there Despite having a third course included in the set menu I gave up and just paid the bill. No apology offered, no suggesting of knocking off the cost of the third course Food that we had was okay. You don’t come to the Cevennes for a culinary experience.

08/05/2026: My wife had salad with goat's milk, I had the fried trout. Both were perfectly prepared and fairly priced.

19/04/2026: Alain, the owner, is very friendly and we had a great meal! Everything is cooked on-site, I highly recommend it!

06/05/2026: Great experience! 🍝🍕 I had the carbonara, and it was excellent. My mom chose a calzone, which was equally delicious. There's a wide variety of dishes on the menu, so everyone can easily find something they like. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend it!!

04/06/2026: I picked up a four-cheese pizza to go from Milano Pizza, a wood-fired pizza place in Pont-l’Évêque. A few hours after eating it, I was sick all night with symptoms that led me to suspect food poisoning. The next day, I was unable to go to work. This pizza was the only thing I had eaten that evening, which makes me think it might have been the cause of my illness. In any case, this was a very unpleasant experience and cost me a day of work. I'm simply sharing my personal experience, but I will not be returning to this establishment and I do not recommend it.

22/05/2026: Better service than other McDonald's

21/05/2026: No complaints about the local team (friendly, helpful, fast service, clean premises...). But still, it's McDonald's... you go there because you don't have much time, and in the end, you pay €17 for a bad, mass-produced burger and three fries with a Coke without ice because "we're out of ice today" (at 12:45). I would have been better off supporting a local restaurant!

03/03/2026: First time here, I ordered a steak tartare and a chocolate fondant. Simply put, it's the best steak tartare and the best chocolate fondant I've ever eaten.

22/01/2026: The food was decent, but the wines were expensive.

07/06/2026: The pizzas were delicious! 😁 The young waitress was lovely. 😉 But when it came time to pay and leave, the money was taken without a thank you, a goodbye, or even a "see you soon." No smile, not even a kind look. Nothing! 😱 The woman has no manners. We won't be back!

06/06/2026: A huge thank you for your superb service: a coffee break buffet during a conference day with numerous Nespresso machines, kettles, fresh juices, sweet and savory snacks, fruit skewers… I even had trouble taking a photo (it was all eaten!).
