21/09/2026: Everything was perfect! From the service to the food and even the staff's cheerful disposition! French cuisine with a beef bourguignon to die for 😋 and a wine list that would make some wine merchants envious. Highly recommended!

20/09/2026: The portions of chicken and mashed potatoes were small. It wasn't worth the price at all.

02/09/2026: The staff were lovely, polite, friendly and joked with us. Great atmosphere, lovely to sit outside on a sunny day. The plat du jour was excellent and reasonably priced. Highly recommended, I would definitely return.

13/09/2026: The hotel and restaurant were very clean and the staff very pleasant. Upon entering, there was a lovely dining room, and at the back, a large, very pleasant and spacious room. I celebrated my birthday there with a little over 40 people, and everything went very well. They gave excellent advice on drinks. Good value for money. Well-organized, on time, and the meal was very good and plentiful. The guests appreciated the rooms, the welcome, and the generous breakfast. Highly recommended.

27/08/2026: Great atmosphere. I went with my three-year-old son on a Saturday evening, and he loved the children's menu, which was very reasonably priced. In short, a good time at a reasonable price; I recommend it.

12/09/2026: The staff is friendly, and the decor is lovely. The fries are great, however, the meat wasn't cooked when I wanted it well-done, and the cheddar cheese wasn't melted.

05/09/2026: I ended up here thanks to the Google rating, but I'm still quite disappointed. The burger was okay, but nothing special: good bun, not much sauce, meat too thin and bland. The fries weren't great, they seemed like they'd been cooked for a while. An average experience for me and my friends. Just another restaurant. A major drawback: the hygiene. The floor was very sticky everywhere, which really gives the impression that cleaning is inadequate.

09/08/2026: Eclair was very dry and cream wasn’t fresh, felt like it was on a shelf for two days at least. For the price of 4,10€ - not good quality at all:(

06/09/2026: The food was decent but the service was haphazard. They spilled wine during service, and the fries arrived 10 minutes after the main course... nothing major, but it's a shame. Otherwise, the menu is nice and appeals to everyone; perhaps a lighter option would be a good addition. The idea of ​​sharing appetizers is great, as is the daily special in addition to the regular menu.

06/09/2026: Nice setting, very pleasant staff. Good old-fashioned cuisine. Generous portions. It's surprising to still find this kind of wonderful, traditional cooking. Go there; it's far better than what most chefs serve today.

17/09/2026: This place has clearly dedicated time to its aesthetic appeal: the furniture, tableware, and presentation of the dishes are exquisite. While it might seem like a tourist trap, it definitely isn't. They demonstrate a mastery of culinary techniques and ingredient selection. The service far surpasses what we've experienced in Madrid or Barcelona. I wholeheartedly recommend it. As an added bonus, they've incorporated technology that simplifies payment and leaving reviews.

10/06/2026: We went there for dinner. The setting was very pleasant with a sunset over the Ariège river, a friendly welcome, smiling waiters, and good regional specialties. I recommend it.

19/09/2026: A well-maintained restaurant with a lovely terrace. Warm and welcoming hosts: Chrystel & Alain. Delicious food. Excellent wine selection. Good value for money.

31/08/2026: Three set menus (starter + main course + dessert) at €45: Standard desserts made from standard ingredients; Three delicious sea bream fillets with accompaniments; Two excellent fish starters; But the third starter, "homemade Périgord foie gras," was disastrous! Two medallions of foie gras mousse the size of two two-euro coins...either the chef changes the ingredients and the recipe, or changes "Maison du Périgord" and offers a slice of structured, semi-cooked foie gras lobe weighing at least 30g! As for the ordinary Ventoux wine (x5)... Regarding the service, we had to ask for bread, then water...basic service in a restaurant. Disappointing.
