11/07/2026: We were still waiting for our salmon starter, over an hour at the table, without anyone even checking on us. We called the waiter who told us the salmon had vanished into thin air! A complete farce, the owner completely unfazed... We paid for the wine and left without having dinner. Avoid at all costs!

14/09/2026: We're regulars! Ever since Gaëlle's time! I book a week in advance for 10 people, asking to be seated wherever we wanted. We arrive, and we're not seated where I wanted. I didn't say anything! We came back a second time, and the same thing happened!!!! So I don't think that's nice, especially when you book a week, even 10 days in advance, and you're a regular with 10 people! I wanted to say it was better when Gaëlle was there; the atmosphere was better. The waitresses were fantastic and very attentive. What a shame that Gaëlle is no longer running Ilot Bar. She was amazing and especially attentive to her customers. She created a great atmosphere and knew how to seat them exactly where we wanted. Gaëlle was a remarkable professional! The new manager is completely unprofessional! She should find another job! I hope she won't be running L'Effet Mer in December!!

24/05/2026: Based on the reviews, I was expecting a great pizza. Maybe I chose the wrong one, but it was very bland. I ordered the Normandy with Camembert, and I was happy they even offered it, as not all places do. But of all the Normandy pizzas I've tried, this is by far the worst. Disappointed.

30/06/2026: Unfortunately, the change of ownership is noticeable in the taste of the pizzas 😭. The ingredients used are not at all the same quality, which explains the price drop. It's a shame, it really was my favorite pizzeria.

18/08/2026: My favorite pizzeria since I moved to Aix four years ago. The staff is very friendly and the pizzas are to die for. The Meat Lovers pizza is particularly delicious, and I'm delighted that they offer cheese-free options. I highly recommend it!

This restaurant has a warm atmosphere, a typical Italian decor, and extremely affordable prices: €11.60 for a pasta dish with your choice of toppings and pasta, and drinks around three to six euros. The portions are very generous. You won't leave hungry! The only downside was a bit of a wait, but they were very busy tonight. We waited quite a while, and the waitress made a very generous gesture of goodwill to apologize. We'll definitely be back! This is an address to remember!! ✨☺️

03/09/2026: Superb restaurant located in a shopping area, so it's nice to eat there after a day of shopping. The setting is beautiful, no complaints about the decor, although that's subjective. The food is very good, and the prices are quite reasonable. I highly recommend it.

03/10/2026: We had already reserved a table for three, but when we arrived they told us, "I'm putting you here, it's not the best seat." Indeed, the passageway was narrow, the waitress kept tripping over her chair, not a word of apology, the welcome was... well, no smile, we were still waiting, and to top it all off, they supposedly only accept two ANV (holiday) vouchers, no more...

The food was absolutely delicious; I wasn't expecting to find the same flavors as in Cambodia, but that's exactly what I found. The portions were generous, and everything was fresh. The waiter (who I believe is also the owner) was incredibly kind, and the service was incredibly fast. I'm coming back with my whole family tomorrow! 😊

11/09/2026: I'm disgusted! A saleswoman touching bread without gloves, wearing rings and jewelry—that's forbidden in the restaurant industry! Hygiene? She put my loaf of bread on the scale, which was dirty, without any protection! Big 2026, what?!

27/08/2026: A very good bakery with fresh bread, delicious pastries, and a wide selection. Everything we tasted was very good and high quality. It can sometimes be a bit busy, especially during peak hours, but the service remains pleasant and efficient. A great place to buy bread or treat yourself to a little something sweet. We will gladly return!
