05/10/2026: I ordered a soda: Pepsi Max. They brought me a glass. The contents were flat, no carbonation. Be aware that it is strictly forbidden to serve a drink by the glass without having brought the bottle. The bottle must be presented and opened in front of the customer. The café owner failed to comply with this requirement. I do not recommend this place.

18/07/2026: We had a wonderful time at MG by Maxime. The dishes we ordered were all excellent, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. The service was quick, and the servers were lovely, smiling, and very attentive throughout the meal. The setting is also very pleasant, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. A truly great find; we'll gladly return!

18/07/2026: Service was a bit slow, the oyster was very small, and the hanger steak was swimming in fat. There was no air conditioning on in the covered terrace.

18/06/2026: My partner and I had dinner at the restaurant last Friday, and it was simply amazing. Everything was delicious; the sweetbreads and duck breast were spectacular. I want to highlight the friendliness of the staff. It's definitely a place I'd recommend, and we'll be back!

04/10/2026: As is often the case on Fridays at lunchtime, we came to eat with colleagues. We called ahead and mentioned that I'm vegan to see if there were any options available. What a wonderful surprise when we arrived to find that our request had been heard and that, despite the lack of a vegan option on the menu, a special burger had been prepared so I could eat it ☺️ The owner had even bought vegan cheese especially for the occasion! Thank you so much 🙏🏼 This kind of thoughtfulness means a lot and shows that plant-based eating is accessible 💚🌱

25/05/2026: The hotel was very clean, with two spacious and well-equipped rooms, each with a large terrace. The breakfast buffet was extraordinary, featuring delicious fresh, local products. A special mention goes to Charlène, who presented the buffet to us, explaining all the items and serving with cheerfulness. The bedding was comfortable, and the location was very close to the city center, yet very quiet. We would gladly return.

24/05/2026: A full breakfast, perfect service from Charlène and the chef Gwen, who were very welcoming and smiling – nothing to complain about. I highly recommend it. The room had a magnificent view of the Bay of Ajaccio.

16/07/2026: I 100% recommend excellent service, very clean, excellent kebab, I really enjoyed it, the kebab bread must be homemade I think because it was delicious.

12/08/2026: We spent one night at the hotel. Comfortable bedding and a spacious room. The restaurant is truly excellent; the terrace overlooking the Sioule River is very pleasant, and the owner, who is also the chef, is generous with his cooking. Everything was delicious. Thank you, Eric, for your hospitality. A bonus for motorcyclists who can park on the enclosed terrace. Our friend Stéphane will be coming to try your cuisine. Looking forward to it. Candy 😉

05/07/2026: We received a very warm welcome. Comfortable beds. The food is homemade. The Cantal cheese burger is excellent. Facing the river, the location is magical. We discovered a beach and swam in the warm river a little further upstream. I highly recommend it!

19/09/2026: Two reasonably priced set menus (€24 and €29). The owner is friendly and welcoming. The daily specials board offers interesting dishes, but the flavors are lacking: bland fish, fries served with every course (a shame for fish), homemade desserts. The chef seems uninterested.
