09/06/2026: I want to recommend this unassuming restaurant, which is always packed with customers. The waitress was incredibly kind and patient. When I was hesitating between two side dishes I really wanted, she suggested I order both, and in the end, she charged me for one plate – so kind! The side dishes were perfectly seasoned, and the hot and sour soup was rich and flavorful. The meat was tender, and the bamboo shoots had just the right amount of sourness. You could tell they used fresh ingredients; it wasn't some cold dish that'd been simmering for ages, or soup that'd been boiling for ages. The steamed buns were huge and tasted great too. After eating, I felt truly warm and comforted. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant; I'll definitely come back next time I'm in Paris.

19/04/2026: Super, super, super delicious! I'm taking a dozen of these steamed buns back to the UK. The price is so reasonable! I bought extra luggage space specifically to pack these for my trip back to the UK.

03/01/2026: Our second getaway with friends to celebrate the end of the year, and it won't be the last! We felt right at home at La Gentilhommière, thanks to Marie-Andrée's warm welcome, the cozy living room with its Christmas tree and decorations, and the comfortable bedrooms. The region offers some interesting places to visit, such as the Château de Pierrefonds or the Rotonde de l'Armistice.

02/09/2026: Great neighborhood bar with a real regular clientele! Very good playlist, friendly atmosphere, €5 pints, and a super cool bartender. It's a great place to be, I highly recommend it.

01/09/2026: A strange place where the people are friendly... people come from all over Paris to see it! And what's exceptional, the bartender doesn't just smile when he's taking your money! Apparently, they even give you change! I encourage you to talk to the owner, Sarah, a French aqua-pony champion; she's fascinating.
