11/06/2026: I stayed at this establishment for several nights and I must say I received top-quality service. I have absolutely no complaints, nothing to criticize, from the chambermaids to the receptionists and the assistant manager – a fantastic team that I highly recommend. A warm and welcoming team, all within a family-run establishment. I highly recommend this hotel for ROSE, whether for personal or business trips; you won't be disappointed.

07/06/2026: A disaster! Despite requesting it, the room wasn't cleaned, the towels weren't changed, the coffee maker was broken at breakfast, and the restaurant only served flammekueche, which was frozen. On the day of arrival, despite booking two double rooms, only one was available. The bathtub in the bathroom was loose and dirty when I showered. A complete catastrophe, best forgotten as quickly as possible.

12/06/2026: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ The food is good and the service is decent. However, a major drawback is the state of the restrooms. The smell is so strong it's practically impossible to use them. There's a musty, moldy odor, which is really unpleasant for customers. Management needs to get a qualified professional involved to identify and resolve this problem, as it's unacceptable for customers to have to endure such conditions. It's a shame, because it spoils the overall experience.

06/05/2026: Excellent fresh cassoulet, but a big disappointment with the duck foie gras Hello, In October, while passing through Castelnaudary, I purchased an excellent fresh cassoulet and a jar of whole duck foie gras from your store to eat for the holidays. See photo and references. This preserve turned out to be completely bland and very pasty. Is this a batch issue or was seasoning forgotten in the lab? 03/05/2026: Decent place and good atmosphere. Excellent service, although the transition between aperitif and main course was a bit rushed. The spiced pork was good but dry, and there wasn't enough sauce; the salad had an earthy taste. Fair value for money.

18/05/2026: We stumbled upon this establishment by chance during a stroll. It was the attractively presented chalkboard menu that caught our eye. The waiter quickly took charge of us and offered us a table that suited us perfectly. Unfortunately, what followed was a series of disappointments, starting with the menu itself: a simple photo of the chalkboard printed on a white sheet of paper and slipped into a plastic sleeve. This immediately set the tone and revealed a clear lack of professionalism. We ordered an aperitif, followed by mussels marinière with aioli and fries for my husband, and fish soup for me. The mussels, served in a shallow bowl, were small, dry, and overcooked. The aioli advertised on the menu was missing, and the fries were clearly mass-produced despite the "homemade" label. Other dishes and preparations also appeared to be mass-produced, contradicting the same claim. The fish soup wasn't hot enough: the cheese didn't melt, the soup was very thin, and almost tasteless. The only positive point was the aperitif: the white Martini, hard to mess up since it comes straight from the bottle, was served in a double measure. The Aperol Spritz was also well-served and properly measured. A German couple seated next to us experienced the same problems, or even worse, compounded by communication difficulties. When ordering, they were told three times that dishes were unavailable. They finally had to choose out of desperation, and it wasn't until the fourth attempt that their order was confirmed… not to mention the errors in their drink order. This experience was very disappointing, and we strongly recommend avoiding this place. It's rare to find an establishment displaying such a level of unprofessionalism.

16/05/2026: The service was extremely slow, and the portions were ridiculously small for the price. The service was abysmal, even though the restaurant was far from full.

07/06/2026: I came to have ice cream and a drink with friends on the terrace. We thoroughly enjoyed it; the ice cream was delicious! The young waiter with long hair who looked after us was incredibly attentive from beginning to end.

05/06/2026: We ordered two pizzas. The vegetarian cream-based pizza was good, with a crispy crust and a nice topping. However, the Reine tomato-based pizza was a complete disappointment; we didn't finish it. The tomato sauce was practically nonexistent and tasteless, and the pizza was very greasy with a heavy, uninspired ham and mushroom topping in the center. It's up to you whether you want to try it. The waitress was pleasant when we ordered, but another waiter was unpleasant when we picked up our order.

06/07/2026: Excellent service and generous portions in a period setting. The waitresses are extremely experienced and efficient, and it's a pleasure to go there.

02/01/2026: We spent four nights at Château de Pray, and it was a truly relaxing experience, culminating in a wonderfully elegant New Year's Eve celebration. Our stay allowed us to visit several iconic sites in the Loire Valley. A special thank you to Laura for her kindness. The Delaunay Family

10/07/2026: My last two visits (in 2011 and 2020) to this Quick were extremely disappointing due to the unfriendly staff. Well, I went back in 2026 and I encountered an absolutely wonderful waitress. She was smiling and patient with me (I don't know the sandwiches and I struggle with the self-service kiosks), and this waitress was fantastic. Thank you! It's July 10, 2026
