11/05/2026: Not even worried about my bag being stolen 😉 even though the place is easily recognizable. The atmosphere is relaxed and the prices are affordable for students in the area.
09/05/2026: By far the worst service, even by Paris standards. The waitress was very rude.
Also it’s one of those places where each person has to order something.

19/01/2026: I had dinner at your restaurant last night. The pasta and pizza were really good. But the service was disappointing: we waited a long time before being told we had to pay for the order to be registered. And then there was no free Parmesan cheese available to put on the pasta; I've never been to an Italian restaurant that offered that!

The quality is standard for this restaurant chain. I found this one in Marseille a bit disorganized, with confusing lines at the counters and unmotivated staff.

27/06/2026: The atmosphere was noisy, and the service was quite slow considering they only had two salads to prepare. Luckily, our drinks were served more quickly. Three tables of couples were served before us even though they arrived later, but I guess the pizzas they were served were prepared faster than two salads. Aside from that, the salads were very good.
27/06/2026: We went for lunch today, the first Saturday of the sales, so it was very busy, but everyone was lovely. The service was quick and attentive.
Thank you to Loane who looked after us; she was smiling, very caring, and professional!
In addition to the delicious food, we had a wonderful time!

15/05/2026: I stayed one night at the Finca Hotel and overall, the experience was very positive. The staff gave us a very warm welcome upon arrival, with a pleasant and professional team. Room service was also quick and efficient, which was much appreciated. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and well-decorated, perfect for a short getaway in Paris.
One small drawback, however: the soundproofing in the room could be improved, as it was quite easy to hear outside noises and noise from the hallway. Another negative point regarding the spa: there was far too much chlorine in the water, to the point that it severely stung our eyes, which somewhat spoiled the relaxing experience.
Despite these few points for improvement, it remains a pleasant stay in a lovely establishment.
13/05/2026: The location is excellent, close to everything and with plenty of dining options. I walked almost everywhere because I love walking in cities. Using the jacuzzi and enjoying the wildlife at the end of the day made all the difference. I opted for breakfast because in Paris you can eat very well for the same price and try something different every day. The rooms were really small, but if you're only there to sleep, it's not a problem. The service was adequate.

12/06/2026: What nice people on staff and what good food! We got there hungry and found out they hadn't opened. But we were able to sit down and have a drink. Just when they opened the food was on the table. Really good burgers and super friendly staff. If you're in Aix I can only recommend them!
31/05/2026: Unfortunately, my last experience was very disappointing.
My friends and I ordered burgers after being told the meat was halal. However, the burgers also contained non-halal bacon, which wasn't clearly stated when we ordered.
When we pointed out the problem at the register, the manager repeatedly insisted he had warned us, which wasn't true. This bad faith was particularly disappointing. He also explained that he was in a rush and hadn't paid attention to our order. Yet, the restaurant was practically empty, and there were only two customers before us, making this excuse hard to understand.
Beyond the mistake itself, it was the lack of transparency and the failure to acknowledge the error that disappointed us most. For customers who care about these dietary issues, clear and explicit information is essential.
Mistakes can happen, but they must be acknowledged, and lessons learned must be taken. It's regrettable, because until now we had a good image of this establishment.

09/06/2026: Good, the food is very good, the staff are very welcoming and courteous. I recommend it.
31/05/2026: Mother's Day. Crowded. Very poorly organized. We arrived at 12:30 PM and had been there for two hours with no food. We did get the appetizer, but not the main course. The waiters were searching for the tables they were supposed to serve, trying to figure out which dish was for whom... a waiter came by every 20 minutes to check on us... we kept repeating that we were waiting for our food... in short, it was a bit of a mess. We waited desperately for our meal. At 2:44 PM, there it was! Lamb shank, which was good, and the fries were very good. My family ordered the chicken supreme, which was undercooked.
Now for dessert, which arrived very quickly. Strawberry tiramisu, the cream was grainy. It had been prepared too long in advance. The sauce was clear, like water at the bottom, which wasn't pleasant.
In short, we won't be going back. What a shame. They probably wanted to welcome as many people as possible for Mother's Day, but they weren't able to accommodate everyone. It's not easy, but it's something that can be learned and prepared for.

05/07/2026: Overall, a rather ordinary establishment. Cleanliness desperately needs improvement, especially the toilets, which are so dirty you practically need flippers to use them. The urinal was always out of order, the place was filthy, and there was no soap available, even on a busy Sunday. The dining tables were covered in grease... In short, hygiene needs serious attention.
29/06/2026: Since McDonald's was lit and accessible (doors open), we went in. Imagine our surprise when we were escorted out without the slightest courtesy. There's a way to say things.

14/05/2026: Our order took forever to arrive... A Royal Deluxe and a cold cheeseburger. An employee in a shirt, who I assumed was a manager, brought our order but then took it back because we weren't happy to pay for cold food served at the table. He went to reheat them... instead of giving us more. He forgot about them and didn't bring them back... so we had to go ask for them again at the counter... everyone had finished eating when my husband was just starting on his burgers... very disappointing
13/05/2026: My daughter was eating her fries, and what do we find at the bottom of the container? A lid from a cream sauce stuck to the bottom.
I went to a member of staff and asked if they cleaned the dishes, showing them the bottom and telling them it was a bit of a hygiene issue.
She looked at me and said, "There's nothing I can do, it's the dishwasher, it happens."

10/06/2026: A place packed with events, and I still don't understand why. It's great for the events that take place there, but it's unfair that the café gets the same treatment. The drinks and food are nice, but every time I go in, I feel like I'm in the way and like I don't belong. We're constantly being watched, and the staff makes us feel uncomfortable. Even after several visits, I've only been welcomed warmly once. The rest of the time, they barely look at me when they give me my drinks, and I almost feel like they're glaring at me.

08/05/2026: Very disappointed by the size of the pizzas. They're priced the same as much larger and more generously sized pizzas, yet they're only half the size. The flavor is there, but it's nothing special. I'm really disappointed that such small pizzas can be sold at such low prices and for such underwhelming quality.
The delivery, however, was quick and the driver was pleasant.

17/06/2026: This hotel far surpassed my hopes and expectations. Websites can oversell a place with camera angles and photo edits and I was prepared to be slightly underwhelmed by L'Arlatan. Instead, I found that the hotel, restaurant, bar, and grounds were so phenomenal that the website actually undersold the space. It’s even more incredible in person. Everything was perfect - the comfort, coolness, and beauty of the rooms, the kindness of the staff, the stunning gardens and the phenomenal restaurant. Every detail is thoughtful and perfectly executed. I thought Arles would be a quick trip while passing through Provence but instead I’m already planning my next visit just so I can stay at L’Arlatan again. Thank you for an incredible experience!
