24/06/2026: Don't order Bo Bun from Uber Eats: The portion was more like a children's meal. I'm 1.50 m tall and weigh 40 kg, and I almost never finish my meals, yet I was still hungry after eating everything. I'd never seen Bo Bun served hot. Bo Bun is supposed to be a fresh dish. The result: the lettuce was soggy from the heat, roughly chopped, there was more salad than noodles, and the sauce was far too sweet. The order was delivered in just 15 minutes, and the dish was still piping hot when it arrived. That's precisely the problem: the fresh ingredients were heated and lost all their flavor. Furthermore, I advise you to keep the sauce separate from the rest of the dish in the future. The sauce was poorly balanced, and since it had already been poured over the entire Bo Bun, it soaked into all the ingredients. It was impossible to adjust the seasoning to my liking, and this significantly detracted from the overall quality of the dish. For €17, I expected a proper bò bún, generous and well-balanced. I am very disappointed with this order. It's the first time I've seen bò bún prepared this way, and unfortunately, it will be the last time I order from you.

03/06/2026: A warm welcome, delicious and generous seasonal dishes. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. If you're passing through Tonnerre, don't hesitate! Be warned, though, the house cocktail—cherry cream, ratafia, and crémant—is as delicious as it is potent. After that, you'll see life in color, even if the weather is gray and the road winds even if it's straight... I highly recommend it.

15/07/2026: Excellent place! The pizzas were superb, the service top-notch with smiling and friendly waitresses, as well as the very welcoming lady at the register. The prices are reasonable. Despite not having a reservation, they found us a table. With the heat, we also really appreciated the ice-cold bottle of water served upon arrival – a thoughtful touch. We highly recommend this pizzeria!

29/05/2026: Appalling; the website takes orders and payments even though the pizzeria is closed that day. We never received our delivery. Two days later, I finally managed to reach them by phone, and they hid behind their franchise network, claiming it prevents them from updating their opening hours. In short, I'm waiting for my refund and I won't be ordering from this establishment again.

19/05/2026: Good value for money, delicious wood-fired pizza with generous toppings compared to the big, typical pizza chains. I've been coming here for 5 years and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend it.

The team is fantastic—welcoming, professional, and always available to offer advice with a smile. A reliable place that I recommend without hesitation.

18/06/2026: I've been disappointed several times by the portion sizes at Label Ferme. For a salad costing around €12, I find the portions far too small. While the ingredients are certainly good, they're quite basic (lentils, tomatoes, mushrooms, etc.), making the quantity/price ratio difficult to justify. On several occasions, I've even seen ingredients removed when someone's tongs had taken a bit too much. This gives the impression of excessive counting, which isn't very pleasant for a customer. I raised the issue with the manager. His response was that customers are generally satisfied and that they shouldn't hesitate to ask for more if they feel there isn't enough. Personally, I think that at this price point, customers shouldn't have to ask for a satisfactory portion. In fact, none of my colleagues go to Label Ferme anymore: we've all been regularly disappointed by the portion sizes. It's a shame, because the products are of good quality. However, if you are hungry, I do not recommend this place.
