05/09/2026: My first experience at La Panouille and I loved it! The food was excellent and the service was top-notch. The terrace was peaceful. I highly recommend it.

03/09/2026: We bought a few pizzas—goat cheese and honey, five cheese, and panouille (with meat)—for our children and grandchildren, and the reviews were unanimous: "super!" We thoroughly enjoyed them and will be back.

19/09/2026: Long wait after the starter, mussels in cream and cheese sauce served without a plate for the shells or a finger bowl. It's a small restaurant, but there should be a minimum standard. Fish and chips were decent, but the gnocchi were hard and tasteless. I would have told you if, when I paid, they had asked me if I was satisfied. But there you have it!

20/08/2026: Passing through the region on vacation, we discovered this restaurant and we weren't disappointed! 😊 A very warm welcome, pleasant and friendly staff. An excellent meal, with generous portions just the way we like them. Everything was truly delicious and plentiful! 18/05/2026: I was looking for a quick dinner since my hotel restaurant was closed. Google showed me this pizzeria. So I went! Friendly service, with a mix of German, French, and English. The pizza I ordered was ready in a reasonable amount of time. I also got a Coke to go, and the meal was complete. The pizza was delicious! Very tasty and fresh. I can definitely recommend this pizzeria!

10/05/2026: Our stay at La Maison de Rhodes was an enchanting interlude in the heart of Troyes during a sporting weekend getaway. Nestled in a former Templar residence, this 5-star hotel elegantly blends the authenticity of its timber framing with contemporary refinement. Our spacious room, with its exceptional bedding and generously sized bathroom, guaranteed excellent comfort. The intimate, heated outdoor pool area was a haven of relaxation for a sunny afternoon. Dinner and breakfast, prepared with local products, delighted our palates. Finally, the warm welcome and helpful advice of the staff, who even took care of our reservation at a local restaurant, truly charmed us. An exceptional address, where history and hospitality come together perfectly. We will definitely return.

18/02/2026: Magnificent setting, ideal location, friendly welcome, comfortable room. The only drawback, and a significant one at that, was the breakfast: for €32 per person, you only get a croissant, a piece of bread, and a rusk so hard you could break your teeth on it. And when I dared to ask the young woman serving if it was possible to have a second croissant, I was curtly told, "No, it's one per person! We order them according to the number of guests, and it's one per person." And of course, she didn't offer me anything else. Needless to say, as soon as I left the hotel, I stopped at the first bakery I saw. In short, as someone accustomed to five-star hotels and Relais & Châteaux properties, I felt like I was in a run-of-the-mill youth hostel! This was my second stay at the Maison de Rhodes (the first must have been in 2018 or 2019), but I don't recall such a mishap, otherwise I obviously wouldn't have come back. But now I've learned my lesson: never again!

01/08/2026: The pizzas are delicious. But the service isn't reliable. I've ordered three times, and each time there's been a problem with the order. Once I received a pizza that didn't match the description, once the payment didn't go through, and once part of the order was missing. It's a shame; if they were more organized, it would be great.

20/05/2026: This is the first time I've bought an atomic pizza. There was no wait, they served me right away. The pizza maker was very friendly and welcoming, and the pizza was absolutely delicious. I'll definitely go back. If you want to, don't hesitate to go; I highly recommend it.

14/02/2026: We paid for and ordered pizzas online, but the restaurant has apparently been closed for months, which isn't mentioned anywhere. Of course, there's no way to get our money back. Don't get scammed and definitely don't order from here.
