06/09/2026: Passing through Dol, we had lunch at the bar-restaurant in the town center. The welcome, the staff (despite being understaffed), the food; everything was perfect! We highly recommend it.

20/08/2026: A place you'll return to whenever you feel a little peckish. Two nights in a row at this restaurant, where the service was impeccable and the food was good, excellent quality, and very fast. If I'm ever back in the area, I'll definitely be back.

13/08/2026: We had dinner at La Diligence this evening, on the terrace. Overall, the meal was decent, but several things disappointed us. I ordered the baeckeoffe with three meats. It was very good, but I only seemed to find two types of meat. My partner chose the cordon bleu, and it was excellent. For my 6-year-old son, we ordered the turkey escalope with fries, the children's version. Unfortunately, the escalope wasn't cooked enough, and I had to send it back to the kitchen. I also think it's a shame that it was served without any sauce. Even for a children's menu, a little cream sauce or something similar would be appreciated. We then wanted to try the sweet apple-raspberry tarte flambée. Unfortunately, the frozen raspberries were extremely sour and practically inedible. Why not add some fresh raspberries after baking?! At €11 for a tarte flambée, it's a shame we only ate half of it. Another minor complaint: when the bill arrived, we weren't asked if everything was alright. I would have gladly mentioned the problem with the tarte flambée directly, which might have allowed us to discuss it. Finally, the terrace is quite pleasant, but we were quickly bothered by cigarette smoke from people smoking nearby. With a 6-year-old at the table, it's really not pleasant. In short, there were some good things, especially the baeckeoffe and the cordon bleu, but several details somewhat spoiled the experience. It's a shame, because with a few adjustments, the meal could have been much more satisfying.

24/07/2026: Third and final time we'll be here. Every time, it's chaos. Three servers to manage the terrace, I saw one waitress running around like crazy—where were the other two? A trainee on vacation who wasn't taking orders—basic stuff 🤷🏼 We ordered our aperitifs as soon as they arrived, and the main courses followed with the wine. We ended up with our aperitifs barely touched. A little wait would have been sensible; it's just common sense 🙄 We waited an hour and ten minutes just to find out if we wanted dessert. It's a real shame because the food is good. I wish you all the best and especially good luck to the waitress who has to take the flak on the front lines.

30/09/2026: The portions are generous, the service is very quick, the prices are very reasonable, and the clientele is very diverse, a sign that it appeals to everyone.

04/09/2026: It's a bit annoying to ask for water without specifying a carafe and be given still water that I have to pay for by default.

22/08/2026: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A fantastic restaurant in Les Sables-d’Olonne that I highly recommend! We had lunch at Mireille Oasis as a couple with our baby and had a wonderful time. The portions were generous, flavorful, and truly delicious. Special mention goes to the frog legs, a dish that is sadly hard to find on restaurant menus these days. They were excellent, a real treat! The setting is authentic and pleasant, and the staff is very friendly. We felt right at home and thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. If I had to find one small point for improvement, it would perhaps be the wait time between orders, which could be a little shorter. But that's a minor detail compared to the rest of the experience. An address we will gladly keep in mind and return to!

20/09/2026: A wonderful discovery during our visit to Île de Ré! 😊 We stopped for a coffee and tried the strawberry tartlet 🍓. It was so good we had a second one 🤤! 😋 The quiche Lorraine was also delicious. The waiter was really pleasant and smiling, as was the lady who was with him. A simple and warm welcome, it's so nice! We had a great time and will gladly return on our next visit to the island. I highly recommend it! ❤️

25/09/2026: The location is excellent, i ordered a fish and the flavors were unique I would recommend you visit this place after spending few hours at the beach We met the chef Hadi Haddad, he is excellent

15/10/2026: Excellent restaurant (with a patio). The atmosphere is friendly, there's a wide selection on the menu, and of course, unlimited cider (with an optional extra). The dishes are delicious and generous. The staff is competent and attentive. If I may offer a small criticism, the aperitif (alcoholic drinks) was served quickly 👍🏼 but the main courses arrived immediately afterward... so we didn't have time to enjoy it. I had to eat my meat with a piña colada, which was certainly very good, but I would have preferred wine with my meat. 🥲 This shortened our meal. I recommend the duck breast and the homemade fries 😋

11/10/2026: One of the dishes ordered was carbonara, but unfortunately it had nothing to do with a real carbonara, no real flavor, no sauce, just a useless white liquid at the end of the dish, bad... so be careful if you're thinking of ordering it, it's not great.

01/09/2026: Lunch Sunday, August 30th Nice little restaurant. Everything was delicious. A unique amuse-bouche with the aperitif, a nice little touch with the coffee. Fruit jellies and shortbread cookies. We were seated outside, the service was a bit slow, but we were so comfortable... we'll definitely be back this winter to enjoy the fireplace inside. 👍

21/09/2026: I valiantly set upon a quest to procure for my beloved a succulent meal of proportions measuring of such hedonistic grandeur that a mere being of the 5 earthly senses could scarce resist. I, a simple, humble traveller, weary and forlorn, happened upon an establishment of such generous hospitality where I was vouchsafed with the safekeeping of nigh-forgotten secrets of culinary ecstasy, and chompy wompy-kins. In my darkest hour, when my famished beloved wasted away in our BnB, I was met with a shining beacon of providence. The kindest of shepherdesses granted me entry into the kingdom of wonder (and anchovies) and fortuitously informed me she would accept payment by credit card. With bated breath I attended patiently for my pizza to emerge fully realized in form and entity. I, a stranger in this land, mistook for my own order number: 97, for another’s, 37, and for a moment I feared that I and another man might come to blows in gentlemanly combat, yet it proved that my own produced itself swiftly, dissolving our dispute. I shall remain indebted, indefinitely, to this inn, for accepting my weary, wretched frame and restoring my body to a formidable, fabulous condition.

16/09/2026: We had a wonderful experience at Chez Raphaël. We started with the beef carpaccio, followed by the burgers and a bottle of red wine — everything was absolutely delicious and perfectly prepared. The food was excellent, but what really made the evening was the atmosphere: relaxed, welcoming, and with a great ambiance. Everything felt just right, from the quality of the food to the service and the overall setting. A lovely place for a relaxed meal in Lyon. We would definitely come back!

04/09/2026: The drinks were already far too expensive, and on top of that, the self-service pool table, which is normally €2 with no time limit, has gone up to €9 per hour. It's very disappointing because, to make matters worse, the waiter doesn't give change and rips us off... avoid this place, it's a tourist trap.
