31/12/2025: We had a great meal here after skiing. The sushi was freshly prepared and delicious. We ordered some sashimi, a maki mix, some neige rolls, chicken curry and a Bo Bun dish. Everything was exceptional and we will visit again before we leave to go home.

26/11/2025: We've been here several times and are always warmly welcomed. There's a wide selection of sushi, spring rolls, chicken skewers, etc. The menu is extensive and the prices are very reasonable. The products are fresh and the shop is very clean.

19/05/2026: A wonderful place of indulgence and hospitality. Delicious coffee, exceptional offerings from the chocolate shop and biscuit bakery. Highly recommended.

26/02/2026: This place serves delicious Périgord products, mostly pastries, as it's a tea room. The "café gourmand" (gourmet coffee) is a true gourmet experience, featuring treats made by the local baker. The service is provided by a vibrant and lively employee with a charming, chatty personality and a delightful southern French cheerfulness! I highly recommend this place!

03/05/2026: Very good pizza overall, however the kebab pizza is mediocre and needs improvement; the topping has nothing to do with kebab. Otherwise, the pizzas are great and the staff are very friendly.

23/06/2026: A very, very bad experience. We ordered takeout sushi. From the moment we tasted it, the salmon had a very strong odor and an unusual taste that worried us enough to stop eating it. I immediately called the restaurant, and the person I spoke to told me there was no problem returning the items and getting a refund. When I returned the next day with the sushi almost untouched, I encountered a different person who refused to comply with what I had been told the day before. She raised her voice from the start, banged on the counter, and was particularly aggressive. Several times, she repeated to me, "There's no taste, there's no smell, prove it." She also refused the refund, claiming that one piece of sushi was missing from the box, even though we had only tasted it before deciding not to eat the rest due to our doubts about the product. The most shocking moment was when she took a piece of sushi from the box and practically shoved it in my face so I would "prove" it smelled bad. This behavior, combined with her tone of voice, shouting, and banging on the counter, was completely inappropriate and very unpleasant. During the discussion, she also repeatedly mentioned that she regularly had customers requesting refunds for salmon. I replied that, if that were the case, it could indicate a problem that needed to be addressed. This remark only exacerbated her aggression. I can understand a restaurant owner disagreeing with a customer. However, I cannot accept being treated this way when I was reporting a problem in good faith. I finally returned to the restaurant a second time to speak with the first person. After two trips back and forth, a considerable waste of time, and an unnecessarily confrontational situation, I was finally reimbursed by the person who had initially confirmed my refund over the phone. I thank her for keeping her promise. Unfortunately, this does not change the extremely aggressive, disrespectful, and unprofessional attitude of the other manager. Yelling at a customer, refusing any constructive discussion, and treating them in this manner is unacceptable. I will not be returning.

16/06/2026: I went to Bacchus restaurant for the first time. The welcome was very pleasant, everything was very clean, and the service was very quick, which was convenient for getting back to work quickly between noon and 2 p.m. I just found the food to be rather basic, semi-industrial in my opinion, but it was still reasonably priced.

01/03/2026: We came for lunch today to enjoy a seafood platter. Everything was fantastic! The welcome was very friendly and warm. We felt very comfortable. All the seafood on the platter was delicious, a pure delight! The service was absolutely top-notch. A place worth discovering! 🍀🌿

23/01/2026: I've been eating shellfish for decades. Yesterday I bought 3 kg of mussels, supposedly already cleaned that morning, and some oysters. Once I got home, the mussels stank terribly, and I couldn't figure out which ones were off. So I threw everything away. It doesn't exactly encourage me to try it again. On the other hand, the oysters were excellent.

24/05/2026: We had booked for 11 people several weeks in advance (we're not from Beaune and were there for a stag/hen party). Upon arrival, we discovered a sign indicating exceptional closure. Not a problem in itself, but we hadn't been informed beforehand.

16/05/2026: Because our hotel is nearby, we've been here quite often in recent years and were prepared for relatively high prices. That's quite common in Beaune. However, today it was so outrageous that we've decided never to return. It took ten minutes just to place our order at the bar, where we were practically ignored. During that time, guests sitting at the bar were, of course, immediately served freshly poured beers upon request. Then the waiter came and brought the drinks to our table: red wine in a dirty glass and beer. After we complained, the wine was poured from the dirty glass into a half-dirty glass covered in limescale from the dishwasher. Then came the bill: €41 for two half-liter beers and two red wines. After an irritated inquiry, the price was reduced to €36 because they had charged us for the more expensive wine without asking! The meager amount of wine served was already €12 expensive, and the €15 charged was simply exorbitant. Never again!

14/07/2026: I booked for a birthday and everything was perfect: delicious platters, especially the pata negra ham, great cocktails, and a lovely light red wine perfect for summer. The service and music were excellent, a 10/10! I highly recommend it. Great terrace, great atmosphere, great owners and staff!

08/07/2026: A warm welcome from the two friends who run the bar. Delicious platters of aged cheeses and fine charcuterie. A neighborhood bar that will keep us staying later than planned…

29/06/2026: Early afternoon, there weren't many choices left... I asked about the ingredients in the remaining sandwiches and declined any with ham. The cashier suggested a chicken wrap: okay, except she didn't mention that it also contained ham (who knows why), and when I opened it to find three tiny pieces of chicken fighting over three minuscule lettuce leaves: not a single piece of tomato, cucumber, or any other raw vegetable! At €10.90 for the meal, it's outrageously expensive! I've always been satisfied with my previous orders there, but my lunch break was reduced to just dessert and a drink, so I was more than disappointed.
