18/06/2026: We used this establishment for a family celebration, catering them for us. I'm delighted with the quality and quantity; everyone enjoyed the cold buffet. Special mention goes to the potjevleesch and the salmon. As for the restaurant, having dined there several times, I highly recommend it (the tripe is particularly good). All this at very reasonable prices and with a warm welcome. Thank you, and see you soon!

08/06/2026: Avoid if you're in a hurry. Not very welcoming. Dark. The hot stone grill was generous and the meats were good quality, but there was one cold potato per person and a nice salad as a starter. A mixed bag.

14/06/2026: Mr. Pablo is a solitary artist, a little tense, even gruff at first – because he's so focused on his cooking and service: he does everything! Alone, without any help in the kitchen or with the waitstaff! And he can only prepare a dozen covers at most… understandable… – hats off to him, sir. Here, it's better to come for dinner than lunch as soon as the temperature rises in the Luberon. Nevertheless (there were nine of us for lunch, on a terrace shaded by an awning that, while offering some protection from the sun, blocked the airflow, but at a still acceptable temperature of 26 degrees Celsius), Mr. Pablo's cuisine deserves praise: fresh, local, rather spicy (a touch too much wasabi on the starters), very clever in avoiding last-minute preparations, and very flavorful (the meat main course was absolutely delicious). With Pablo, less of a "Mr." at the helm, by the end of the meal, free of his stress, you'll leave delighted with the experience. In addition, a wine list featuring local wines at reasonable prices (including an exceptional Clos du Tilleul white from Bonnieux!)... thank you Pablo. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

31/05/2026: A truly wonderful discovery! The manager single-handedly handles both the cooking and the service, which initially made me worry about a bit of a wait between courses. However, everything was perfectly managed: the courses flowed seamlessly with excellent timing, neither rushed nor unnecessarily long. It's a real pleasure to witness such professionalism. The quality of the food is exceptional, with refined and flavorful cuisine. The service is impeccable, warm, and attentive from beginning to end. I completely understand why the establishment was awarded a Michelin star in 2025: this recognition is richly deserved and reflects the exceptional experience it offers. I highly recommend it and will gladly return!

23/07/2026: The food and service were excellent, however, the atmosphere, due to the owner, really leaves much to be desired! The owner is arrogant and disrespectful towards his employees. I arrived to pay, and the owner yelled at me – truly unpleasant! My best wishes to the team.

12/07/2026: I arrived on Saturday, July 11, 2026, around 10:20 PM. I ordered from the kiosks; no ice cream, no problem, I got a drink and six churros. My cousin ordered the same. Four or five people were waiting for their orders before us. There were two women at the counter: one working and one just opening bags. After 15 minutes, I asked where my order was, and they gave it to me. My cousin waited 35 minutes before asking the woman where her order was, who told her it had already been taken. Two other customers were in the same situation. She had to wait for a colleague to reorder her, so in the end, we waited 45 minutes for water and 12 small churros. I asked for ice in my drink, and it arrived scalding hot. I'm sorry, but we understand that the fast food industry is complicated, even more so in this heat, but there's a minimum standard to be met. No apology, no greeting, and the order was picked up without a napkin. Ugh, a very bad experience at Burger King Confluence.

11/07/2026: It's a shame we can't give zero stars. No ice cream, no sign to warn customers. The counter staff were unfriendly. The microwave didn't work, and there were no instructions either, so I had no way to heat my baby's food. No high chairs for children.

26/06/2026: I wanted to have lunch because I was just passing through town. I asked for a table for one person, but the waiter told me it wasn't possible, turned his back on me, and started serving the customers who arrived after me. I think that's unacceptable, especially since the person was dining alone. Everyone has the right to be treated equally. Very poor service.

12/06/2026: The restaurant's website states, "Authentic Japanese restaurant located in a romantic setting." I ordered tempura, which turned out to be very heavy, mostly made up of a very greasy batter. Normally, tempura batter is so thin it's practically transparent. In my opinion, this restaurant is an insult to Japanese culinary art.

05/06/2026: Lovely setting, parking, friendly welcome, clean room and comfortable bedding. Excellent breakfast. And of course, to top it all off, very reasonable prices. May 26: Second stay and I confirm all of this and add the excellent roadside assistance. My car broke down and I was back on the road within 24 hours thanks to the owner. Thank you again.

22/05/2026: The hotel is well located, and the restaurant, open only in the evening, is very good. However, avoid the heat, as there's no air conditioning at night!

06/06/2026: We had our wedding meal there a year ago, and our guests, as well as ourselves, were extremely satisfied. We returned on June 6, 2026, for our first wedding anniversary. The service is still impeccable. The staff is very attentive. The food is delicious. The little touches mean so much to us.

24/05/2026: We came to celebrate my mother's 70th birthday and received a very warm welcome. The staff were very attentive and knew how to adapt to each of our needs. The food was superb, very refined, generous, and could easily earn a Michelin star 👍. Excellent value for money!

17/02/2026: Disappointed 😞 because we were going to spend a Valentine's Day night until 10pm but due to poor communication on their part they closed at 8pm and we had arrived at 7:50pm, what a shame.

27/01/2026: The team is amazing! Whether the owner is there or not, they're always in a good mood and very respectful of the customers... We always have a great time! I absolutely disagree with a comment left a few days ago expressing frustration and a lack of respect for how the place operates. Keep up the good work, don't change a thing, you're fantastic!

03/05/2026: We only ate here. The food was very tasty, but the service was very tense. This created a bad atmosphere throughout the room. Also, the acoustics were so bad that it was very loud.
