07/06/2026: We were warmly welcomed and the pizzas were good, however, I really didn't appreciate the waitress's treatment compared to other customers who had been waiting for almost an hour. If you don't like that, you can go to McDonald's; it's not very customer-friendly.

24/05/2026: We were very well received, the service was excellent, and the meal was outstanding.

16/05/2026: I had the misfortune of having a drink with a friend… while we had no complaints about the service, the lack of privacy should have been a red flag… When we left, a rancid smell hit us… The place hadn't been cleaned… there were towels on the floor by the tables… And the toilets… disgusting… in short, not very recommendable…

14/06/2026: This restaurant is a disaster: reservation at 7:15 pm, order taken at 7:55 pm, two rib-eye steaks ordered: cooked medium. Look at the picture. It's anything but a rib-eye. What's more, the waiter asks, "The cut of beef?" Practically inedible. Doggy bag for my dog. At €33 for a rib-eye, that's outrageous! Really disappointed. And the restaurant was nearly empty considering its capacity!

12/04/2026: The bakery is very good, but I was really disappointed with the waitress last night. I don't know if she had some personal problem or what, but she spoke to me like I was an animal. I'm a customer at this bakery all year round, but I'm really disappointed.

19/02/2026: The only bakery open for miles along the GR hiking trail we're doing, lots of choices, excellent service, very reasonable prices, and everything is delicious 👌 A bakery that makes life worthwhile!

20/07/2026: Excellent restaurant with a warm welcome. Enjoy the mussels, especially the ones with Comté cheese and fries. The pot is generously filled and the sauce is amazing. However, be sure to book ahead. I highly recommend this establishment.

17/07/2026: Very nice place. The fried food is excellent and the sour cherry + vanilla dessert is amazing.

11/07/2026: One evening, which was a bit complicated to organize, Me Gusta Tapas welcomed me and I was able to have a meal. It might seem like the least one can do in a restaurant, but they were slowly tidying up the dining room.

11/07/2026: A bland restaurant, just like the neighborhood: tasteless and expensive. The staff is jaded and seems eager to finish the evening, resulting in a very long wait, flavorless dishes, and rubbery pizzas. In short, avoid this place if you don't want to leave feeling incredibly depressed.

11/07/2026: A very disappointing experience. From the moment we arrived, the poor hygiene of the tall, white-clad waiter (an unpleasant odor) was a problem. The service was extremely slow despite the presence of two pizza chefs: we had to wait a long time for a pizza with a far too thin and uninteresting crust. The meal ended with a disappointing tiramisu that completely ruined the experience. I do not recommend it.

23/06/2026: Disappointed with my purchase today from the vegetable vending machine; heirloom tomatoes (Rougeline brand from Marmande (department 47!!) not at all from the region and unripe; €10.50 for 1.5 kg, might as well go to the supermarket for the same quality. I bought some about two years ago and the quality was much better…

01/07/2026: Upon arrival, I was greeted by overflowing trash cans (both inside and out), a dirty floor, and half the self-service kiosks out of order. My order was simple: a meal deal, a burger, and some nuggets. A server brought me my tray. I noticed the ice was missing and asked for some. My drink was brought back. I tried a nugget; the topping was so dry it crumbled. I tried a sauce to try and fix it, but they hadn't given me any, so I got up to look for them. I tried a fry: they were cold/lukewarm and clearly had been left in the colander/drip tray for quite some time. I struggled to finish my meal. The entire McDonald's model needs a complete overhaul. The new organization means less time for the dining area, and this is noticeable in almost every McDonald's. Furthermore, do the managers still have enough time for quality control, or are they adequately trained to manage the restaurants? Having worked in fast food for your competitors, nothing I saw yesterday would have been acceptable… And back then, 20 euros was enough to get a decent meal with respectable service. In any case, McDonald's France has serious problems. Just go to Kehl, or Switzerland, to see for yourself: it's a completely different story… The ever-increasing prices for lower or equivalent quality are becoming harder to swallow. Sacrificing the customer for the benefit of the shareholder is rarely a good thing.

30/06/2026: Absolutely atrocious experience!! This is the third time I've come to this restaurant while my daughter is hospitalized at Hautepierre, and it's the second time my order hasn't been complete. Today I ordered a Happy Meal with a toy. When I returned to the hospital room after a 40-minute walk (round trip), the toy was missing. Huge disappointment for my daughter 😔 I called the restaurant to express my dissatisfaction, and the staff member I explained the situation to told me to come back immediately, even though I repeatedly told him that I only come when my child is hospitalized and therefore hoped not to have to return. The last compensation offered: come back for a free dessert. This kind of attitude, devoid of any empathy, is disgusting. One last thing: how is it that every time takeout orders are incomplete, one or more items are missing, but NEVER an extra item?? Could this have been unintentionally deliberate…?
