08/07/2026: Just finished a stay at this hotel and overall, it's a decent option. Great location for the Accor Arena. Literally a 10 minute walk and plenty of local amenities on the doorstep. Comfortable bed, clean, well maintained, well functioning air con and pleasant staff. Seen many reports of small rooms, this is true but being an old Parisian building, it's to be expected. If you require a large room, stay at a large chain hotel. Loses a star as the wifi was poor. Might just have been my room but connection kept dropping and when it did connect, it was weak.

09/06/2026: The welcome was very good, there was a rather nice view, it's a shame there was some dust in some places otherwise everything was spotless.

24/07/2026: A fantastic experience for a beginner. The setting is superb and very well maintained. The welcome was friendly and the instructor was very patient and patient, which immediately put you at ease and made you feel comfortable discovering this sport in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. A great discovery!

15/08/2026: The place is air-conditioned, so it's quite pleasant in this heatwave, but they leave a back window open, which isn't ideal. They allow customers to vape in the bar, and if it bothers other customers, it's no big deal; besides, it's against the law anyway! The place is completely disorganized and bordering on dirty in places. A shame...

07/05/2026: This hotel make my trip really special! The staff are kind and respectful, room was clean and room service was good, location is great and room view as well, also the spa was amazing, I like this experience and I would repeat it someday

Rude and unprofessional front desk team especially the morning shift 2 ladies Maria and Gada impolite missing all hospitality manners... Asked several times to speak to front desk manager.... 29/09/2026: I regularly come to this chip shop and I'm usually very satisfied. The portions are generous and I generally leave feeling quite full. Unfortunately, today, September 20th, 2026, I was really disappointed with my pita pocket. There was very little meat, as you can see in my photo. 😕 For the price, you expect a decent meal and a reasonably filled pocket. I actually found a photo in the reviews of a pita pocket that clearly shows what a portion usually looks like. So I've included both photos so everyone can see the difference between that pocket and the one I was served today.

24/06/2026: It's good, but it's a shame that considering the price, which is the same as another chip shop in Pont-sur-Sambre, we were very poorly served. Not many fries. Half a baguette was really small. It's a shame, as we're a family of five and we always get two burgers and meat for our three children. With the heatwave and everything closed, we went there, but there were hardly any fries at all. Considering the high price, be more generous.
