06/04/2026: Received a lecture about free drinks when ordering tap water with our coffee, which we were given without a lecture the day before. Beautiful location however.

04/04/2026: Whether it's a relaxing break with a view of the Alps, or a chance to satisfy your hunger with a tasty meal, the stop will be worthwhile. I tried the dish of the day and it was delicious and hot.

18/06/2026: I bought two Maxi Country Salads and I'm very disappointed; we clearly don't have the same definition of "Maxi." 17 euros is ridiculous! Never again.

16/05/2026: Disappointing welcome; the dining room was cold in both decor and atmosphere! We came on a Friday, and there was nothing on offer except a set menu with a mediocre starter, a main course of cod with citrus sauce (frozen cod, poorly cooked), and an average dessert. Based on the reviews, we were expecting a fantastic meal but left disappointed. 😞 😞 Avoid this place during the week.

21/03/2026: A little disappointed by the various items that were out of stock (ribeye steak, among other things...). The friendly service and good food made us enjoy our time.

21/03/2026: Sat outside and was told to move my seat by a waiter, so they were certainly aware of my presence, then ignored for 15 minutes without acknowledgment whatsoever, while other guests were greeted who had sat similarly. Did I offend somebody? Moved into the inner area after asking a waitress, so again aware of my presence. Ignored again. Fetched my ow menus. Ignored for a further ten minutes, and left. What an experience of service, how disappointing, and left feeling offended

03/07/2026: We were looking for a crêperie at the beginning of July, which was rather difficult to find, and we stumbled upon La Bigouden. We were greeted by a very kind lady, seated, and ordered savory buckwheat crêpes (galettes complète) and sweet crêpes for a set menu at €11, including a drink for €5.50 and a carafe of water – quite reasonable for our budget. The food was delicious, not disappointed at all. I highly recommend it. The welcome was very friendly. Thank you so much for this lovely experience.

02/07/2026: Restaurant in the center of the village of Gambsheim. Parking available in front. It's spacious and has a terrace at the back. The menu is very comprehensive, featuring meats, salads, pizzas, and tarte flambée. The latter two are cooked in a wood-fired oven. The waitress was very friendly. We opted for an Antipasti platter and an oriental pizza. The platter was excellent and very generously topped, but the pizza itself was so-so. The crust was very thin, like tarte flambée dough. I think they could do better. The pineapple carpaccio was excellent, but the strawberries with whipped cream could have been colder. A good place to eat.

29/06/2026: First visit to Au Vieux Fournil. Pleasant setting and warm welcome. Flammed tarts and pizzas. The same dough for both, which is unusual. The tarte flambée is slightly thick, while the pizza is thin, but both are very good. The tarte flambée filling is excellent, generously topped, resulting in a superb round tarte flambée served on a plate. The pizza has a thin crust, a very good tomato sauce, and toppings made with quality ingredients. In conclusion, the tarte flambée/pizza combination, using the same base, allows both to be made in the same oven, and the result is original and impressive. A delightful surprise. This restaurant is a great find; we will be back.

16/07/2026: Nothing appetizing, no choice, tasted like yesterday, €45 for 2! Avoid at all costs, I don't even know how it manages to stay in business. Very bad experience, I should have gone to Buffalo Grill right next door

08/07/2026: It was very good, the atmosphere was great, the servers were very friendly, we could choose our dishes, it was a pleasant place to eat. There was a wide variety of choices. I'm 10 years old and I loved it.

11/12/2025: We ate there today and we won't be going back. We were served a bowl of salad with three large green leaves for €3.20. For dessert, my wife, who is lactose intolerant, ordered a chocolate/almond crepe for €5.60, asking for a buckwheat crepe batter instead of a regular crepe batter. Without warning, she was charged an extra €3, which is over 50% more. Generally speaking, I'd add that the crepes are very sparsely filled (three apple slices in an apple crepe). What a rip-off! If you eat at this creperie, don't make the same mistake we did: check your bill twice before paying.

30/11/2025: Delicious, generously filled crêpes, lots of variety, and honestly, we've always received a warm welcome, without any pretense. For us, the best crêperie on Place au Beurre.

18/06/2026: Eating there one evening was a lifesaver. The ribs weren't the best, but the portion was good, and the fries were the best I've ever had. The corn dogs were pretty good in my experience. I recommend it.

01/06/2026: Stayed here during the Magny-Cours race weekend and had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent, especially for anyone visiting the circuit. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were welcoming and professional, and the restaurant served a very good dinner after a long day at the track. A special mention for the peaceful atmosphere and the convenience of being so close to the circuit while still being able to relax and work comfortably. Thank you to the entire team for the hospitality. I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Magny-Cours.

03/07/2026: I celebrated my son's birthday at the bowling alley. The welcome was fantastic: plenty of space for the little ones, unlimited drinks, and music chosen by the children. At the end of our reserved time slot, we were given ample time to leave. The staff were attentive yet discreet. Excellent value for money. I highly recommend it.

18/06/2026: Nice establishment. Friendly welcome. Recommended for families and children. The air-conditioned bowling alley is pleasant and well-maintained, and the games room area with foosball and billiards is spacious. Indoor smoking area. They will be showing the World Cup matches in June 2026. For professional bowlers, please let them know before you arrive; they will generally advise you on suitable days and times for your bowling session, with well-oiled lanes available at the member rate.

14/07/2026: I regularly come to this restaurant for their bubble tea, and I've never been disappointed before. However, for the past few weeks, the bubble tea has been much worse than before. It's tasteless, with a watery taste, and much less full of both milk and tapioca pearls. Last time, the pearls were all stuck together, making the bubble tea undrinkable. The vanilla milk was extremely bitter. The sesame flavor, which I usually order regularly, no longer had any sweetness whatsoever, just a watery taste. However, when the girls make the bubble tea, I've never been disappointed!

11/07/2026: I usually order takeout from Sasesu, and I wanted to say that I was very disappointed tonight with the stir-fried shrimp and vegetables. There was cooked salad, a few green beans, and the portion was ridiculously small.
