Of course, its location attracts an international clientele and many tourists, but it would be a mistake to consider it merely a tourist restaurant. The Grand Corona retains the spirit of a Parisian brasserie, where locals and visitors alike mingle in a lively, elegant, and relaxed atmosphere. The menu is particularly varied, which is always a plus in a brasserie. There's something for everyone, with a wide selection of dishes that showcase the great classics of French cuisine. The ingredients are fresh and high-quality, the preparations are meticulous, and the portions are generous. The cuisine is unpretentious yet perfectly executed, prioritizing the pleasure of good food. A special mention goes to the service, which was absolutely impeccable. The welcome was warm, the staff attentive, available, and efficient, with a professionalism that makes all the difference. 23/09/2026: During my visit to Épernay, I was desperately searching for a bakery for a little treat, and just when I'd almost given up, I was captivated by the window display and the array of pastries in this shop. Everything looked exquisite; it was so difficult to choose! I finally opted for the mirabelle plum clafoutis and an apple turnover. The clafoutis is unique: it's more like an almond cake. As for the apple turnover… divine! I thoroughly enjoyed it. The saleswoman was very pleasant and smiling. I will definitely be back to try the rest!

22/09/2026: We have visited numerous times over many years and always enjoy taking a moment to visit Dallet while in the adult playground that is Epernay. We continue to struggle to decide what to buy as it all looks amazing. Another brilliant visit this September 2026. Big thanks from a Brit.

27/06/2026: We wanted to try this restaurant with the new owners, as we had previously dined there under the old ones. The decor is largely the same, though it has been repainted. The terrace is still as pleasant as ever. However, a major drawback during this period of intense heat is the lack of air conditioning, which makes dining less comfortable. The real highlight of our experience was the service: the two waitresses were absolutely lovely, smiling, and pleasant from beginning to end. As for the menu, we found it rather difficult to understand. Furthermore, the prices aren't displayed very clearly. It would be better if they were more easily identifiable, both at the restaurant entrance and on the menu itself, so that customers know exactly what to expect. As for the food, we were rather disappointed by the pizzas. The cheese calzone was really bland, and the country ham on the large pizzas was far too salty for our taste. Honestly, we've had much better pizza elsewhere. On the other hand, the tiramisu was excellent, a really pleasant surprise. In short, the big positives were the waitresses and the tiramisu. As for the rest, especially the pizzas and the readability of the menu, we left quite disappointed.

Les plats sont personnalisables. Les viandes étaient très bien assaisonnées. Le service était rapide et chaleureux. Il y a eu um malentendu concerning l'un des plats, mais il a été rapidement résolu. The kebab was truly delicious: the bread was homemade, as were the doner and the sauces, which makes all the difference. The meat was of very good quality, well-seasoned, and full of flavor. You can tell the care put into preparing the ingredients. Excellent value for money and a very professional team. I highly recommend it! 🌯🔥👌
