28/08/2026: Perfection! The hotel checks all the boxes! Great location, air conditioning, excellent rooms, professional and courteous staff. The hotel is right on the main road with lots of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The staff/concierge were lovely and helped us often with recommendations and reservations. The rooms are clean and beautiful! Air conditioning is fabulous!! The continental breakfast every morning was delightful and delicious! Highly recommend!!
07/06/2026: Refused to turn up the A/C when it was 90* and room was on the west side of building. Staff was rude and lied about the ability to adjust the temperature- one of the staff admitted it to me. Room was clean- location near transportation.

06/10/2026: I stumbled upon this roastery and I was instantly hooked. The coffee is truly excellent: rich aromas, meticulous roasting, and a noticeable freshness from the very first sip.
What makes it even more enjoyable is the value for money: very affordable prices for this level of quality. It's rare to find such good coffee without paying an exorbitant price. The welcome is warm and the advice helpful, which makes you want to come back and try other origins.
21/09/2026: Terrible welcome, terrible service, no customer service whatsoever, and their Blue Mountain coffee is disgusting.
I understand that you don't want to hear my opinion, however, I have in no way been rude to you. I simply told you frankly what I thought. If your welcome was pathetic and your coffee disgusting, accept my opinion and improve instead of trying to turn the situation around.

A few years ago, the pizzas were good, but this time we received three pizzas (four cheese, margarita, and vegetarian) that were practically identical in both taste and appearance: smothered in Emmental cheese, making them very rubbery, and the crust was flat and bland. In short, we're very disappointed. Perhaps it's a new pizza chef or a replacement, and the quality of the pizzas will improve. 👍
12/08/2026: So it would be great if, when we order through Uber Eats, you updated your establishment's status because it's marked as open at night. We order and wait for hours without getting through, we call the establishment and no one answers. So I hope we won't have to experience this kind of thing again.

As for the packages, it's clearly indicated at the restaurant entrance; you can also pick them up elsewhere if that's not convenient.
I have no problem collecting my packages.

30/09/2026: Discovering this restaurant was a pleasant surprise. The welcome was decent despite our late arrival.
The food was good and there was a good selection on the menu. I'd also like to thank them for offering vegetarian options; that's much appreciated.

My partner and I were also at this restaurant on Valentine's Day, and personally, we found the menu to be more than good, a cut above the regular menu. Excellent value for money for this kind of evening.
Note that we eat there very regularly outside of Valentine's Day and we highly recommend it. The daily special is more than adequate with a good selection (available on Saturdays, no less). The best part: they accept dogs.
