17/02/2026: I came with my little girl, who loves this restaurant, and I must say the price is reasonable and the self-service buffet, although small, offers enough to satisfy everyone. However, after the perfectly acceptable starters, I was disappointed by the chicken with black mushrooms. The mushrooms were really tough and the chicken lacked flavor. On the other hand, my little girl thoroughly enjoyed the starters and the small apple fritters she asked for, which the cook kindly prepared for her. I must say that the lady who served me was smiling and very pleasant. That's why I'll come back another time so I don't let the black mushrooms, which disappointed me, put me off.

19/06/2026: Hello, I may not be a loyal customer, but until now I haven't really had any complaints about my calzone. From excellent to just okay, that's my opinion. All the ingredients were there, but the portion size is quite small, so there's a significant difference between generous and a sampler. Therefore, even if I'm very hungry or craving a calzone with extras, I'll think twice before ordering from here again. The dough was good and perfectly cooked, a little bland without an abundance of ingredients. Thank you.

15/07/2026: The welcome and service were truly appalling. The waiters were condescending. We waited over 40 minutes for only two out of three dishes... We were told to wait even longer for the third, but after another 30 minutes, it still hadn't arrived. Meanwhile, we had already finished our meals quite some time ago, and we waited a total of 1 hour and 30 minutes. In the end, we left without her receiving her food. Frankly, it's unacceptable. To top it all off, there was no explanation and no attempt at compensation. Very disappointed, I do not recommend this place.

12/07/2026: Whilst looking for somewhere to dine we passed this restaurant and was told diner was from 6.30pm We arrived for this time and were seated and drinks and food orders were taken quickly. Drinks arrived and then 45 minutes went by with no food. Other diners began to ask questions as did we only to be told the kitchen didn’t open till 7pm. After numerous attempts to chase up 2 pizza orders 1 hour later they arrived Average pizza nothing special Service poor and clearly saying open at 6.30 to get people in when all other restaurants did open at 7. Wouldn’t recommend or return No apology either Overpriced

22/07/2026: We were delighted with our experience at Dynastie Balma! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a smile. A huge thank you to Loanne, who gave us an exceptional welcome and demonstrated great professionalism throughout our meal. For us, it's simply the best all-you-can-eat restaurant in Toulouse and the surrounding area. The selection may be a little more limited than in some other establishments, but the quality of the food is simply incredible. It's better to prioritize quality over quantity, and that's exactly what Dynastie Balma offers. I recommend this restaurant 200%! I'm not exaggerating at all: if you're looking for an all-you-can-eat buffet with fresh products, excellent service, and a pleasant atmosphere, you can go there without hesitation. 04/08/2026: The wait staff were very pleasant and polite. Food was served quickly and hot. However, several people who seemed to represent the staff or management went into the kitchen without hairnets or any other protective equipment, and they also reeked of cigarettes. 🤮🤮🤮

02/08/2026: Terrible experience! We placed an order through the McDonald's+ app, and when it arrived, we realized that almost none of the items we ordered were correct! We called McDonald's, who blamed the delivery driver and told us to file a complaint, which we did! In the end, for an €80 order, we were refunded a mere €20 and left with food we can't eat… surely there's a difference between a Big Mac and a Fish, isn't there? A real disgrace coming from an establishment like this! Never again at McDonald's…

30/04/2026: The €36 set menu is generous, with plenty of choice between starters, main courses, and desserts. However, two children's menus without drinks at €18 each seem far too expensive. Adding two soft drinks brings the total to €21.50, or €43 for two children, which I find unacceptable. I wanted to come back before the bill arrived, but the price of these menus is simply not right.

30/06/2026: I don't understand some of the negative reviews. We had one of the best meals of our entire Vélodyssée cycling tour there, from starter to dessert – nothing run-of-the-mill, everything was perfect. Thank you so much!

03/05/2026: We ate on location. The food was quite tasty, although one dish was forgotten but still charged, and the service leaves something to be desired. They are clearly used to takeout and not really to table service.

15/02/2026: We came on a Saturday at lunchtime. The waiter was very friendly, but the cook was dismissive and everyone could hear it, even the owner who just stood behind his counter and let it happen. Besides, the food wasn't great. I understand the low prices, but it's actually too expensive for what's served. It's a shame, because it's a beautiful place; it just needs a real chef and a real owner!

It's the height of incompetence in customer relations and their complete failure to recognize the lost revenue. 🐀

05/04/2026: Disappointing experience. The duck was served undercooked (nearly raw) and the sauce was extremely salty. The burgers were heavy and underwhelming. To make matters worse, the staff cleared away my full plate without a single question, suggesting a lack of communication between the floor and the kitchen. Additional issues like "off" tasting mayo and missing table seasonings made for a poor meal. Great atmosphere, but the culinary standards are not there.

20/06/2026: I ordered a Sète-style pizza, but unfortunately the crust wasn't cooked and the potato squares were also undercooked. The pizza went straight in the bin.

20/04/2026: I got the pizzas to go, they were ready quickly. Good pizza, with a good crust. A little salty for some, but well topped.

27/04/2026: Zahra was on the phone when I arrived, and I realized I was bothering her. As soon as I left, she picked up her phone again. Not great for customer relations.

06/04/2026: Hey, the cappuccino and latte are absolutely awful!!!!! The same price as Sta***** but with a cheap taste! It's a disgrace to serve this to visitors before they go home with this taste in their mouths!!!!
