03/10/2026: A disgrace! 22 euros for an industrial crepe with boiled potatoes and a so-called confit sausage (1/3 of a sausage was rock hard and inedible).

03/10/2026: An industrial crepe, 3 tons of potatoes, 4 or 5 slices of sausage, for dessert 2 scoops of ice cream, 22 euros, and that's the only menu available, what a businessman.

13/10/2026: More of a village hotel than a hiking lodge, but a very warm welcome and the room was bright and clean. Good food too.

11/10/2026: We didn't use the gîte. The welcome and service were friendly, but I agree with the last review: no choice and mediocre meals. A shame.

18/08/2026: A bit disappointed at lunchtime today; it's usually very good, but I found the quality to be down. The Chinese noodles were rubbery, there was a green fly in the sushi... they need to get their act together quickly.

12/08/2026: I used to come regularly, it was really great. Having recently returned, we came for dinner tonight, and what a difference! It's much worse in every way. The welcome was just okay, the food was sparse, much less appetizing to look at, and indeed, not as good. Luckily, drinks were included because, frankly, the price... pffffff. In short, very disappointed.

31/07/2026: We visited this cozy Italian restaurant yesterday, and it’s a bit of a mixed bag. On the culinary side, everything was fantastic. We ordered the lasagna, and a plate for two which were exceptionally generous, delicious, and cooked to perfection. The owner, who managed and served alongside one waiter, was wonderfully polite, efficient, and added a very pleasant, authentic atmosphere by greeting us with a few Italian words while communicating mostly in English. Unfortunately, the overall experience was heavily impacted by the poor service from the waiter. Basic hospitality standards were noticeably missing: * **Water:** When we asked for a bottle of tap water, he tried to push bottled sparkling or still water instead. He also completely forgot our request and brought nothing instead Only when the owner served the dishes we asked again and he brought us water quite fast. * **Wine Service:** When serving our wine, he poured it as fast as possible and rushed away, never checking on us again. * **Attentiveness & Basic Requests:** We needed olive oil and salt, but because the waiter never came back to check on the table, we had to get up and ask him directly. He promised to bring them, but never did. We finally got what we needed only when the owner walked by and brought it immediately after we asked him a second time. * **Atmosphere:** The waiter carried a distinctly unpleasant aura, and at the end of the meal during payment—when it was likely obvious we were dissatisfied—neither of them bothered to ask how everything went. The kitchen and the owner are wonderful, but good food can only go so far when the service falls completely short of what one expects.

31/07/2026: Aggressive service. The food is a jumble of products bought from a supplier with no added value whatsoever. Add to that exorbitant prices and a wine list with only two selections: one at €35 and the other at €130... Avoid at all costs.

24/09/2026: The pizza of the day was rather bland at €20, the "gourmet coffee" with two decent panna cotta/tiramisu verrines at €10, and there were a few service errors (dishes not served at the same time, for example). For €30, it's a no-go.

13/07/2026: It's a shame I can't give zero stars. I used to frequent this restaurant, which I considered one of the best in the area, but since the change of ownership, nothing is the same. The prices are exorbitant for frozen products in small portions (5 euros for 3 small spring rolls without salad or sauce). On top of that, their dishes have practically no flavor, no taste of freshness, which shows that their products aren't as high-quality or as carefully prepared, since most of them aren't homemade. In any case, I'm extremely disappointed and never thought I'd give this kind of rating.

13/09/2026: A wonderful discovery far from the main roads. The menu is short but varied, offering well-prepared and beautifully presented homemade dishes. We were even treated to some excellent amuse-bouches (foie gras crème brûlée). The waitress was welcoming and her service impeccable. The prices are reasonable. In short, a great restaurant in the heart of the Beauce region's culinary desert.

17/10/2026: Recommended by our hotel staff, we discovered this excellent Spanish restaurant. The ingredients are local, and the flavors are vibrant. A real treat.

19/09/2026: Hearty and tasty. The sangria is excellent.

24/08/2026: After visiting the area on a Sunday morning and finding that all the restaurants were full, we returned to our mobile home and decided, somewhat reluctantly (because online they said it was pizzas, hamburgers, like McDonald's, for young people), to eat at this restaurant... We were very surprised to find it was a cafeteria!!! They were kind enough to seat us at 2 pm!! We ate very well, the sauces were delicious, and the desserts were a real treat... All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We're here for another 15 days and we'll definitely be going back tomorrow... It's a shame the online advertising doesn't do justice to this cafeteria, which is truly highly recommended...

26/08/2026: A warm welcome in a beautiful setting (a converted barn). Located in a peaceful spot on the banks of the Valenciennes pond. Classic cuisine with the chef's special touch. Private dining room.

23/08/2026: Really disappointed, an aperitif, a platter with two pieces of cheese for €40 is outrageous.

05/07/2026: Beautiful atmosphere!!! Love kith back in the states but this sadelles is fire. Had the double burger which was delicious and cooked perfectly. Mujahid my server was very kind and attentive. Overall good food and drinks and perfect for an all day breakfast vibe. Would recommend

30/06/2026: When we arrived in Paris we stopped by Kith’s and got a drink. The atmosphere is amazing and the service was really good. We thought we’d try brunch on our last day. We ordered the breakfast potatoes, avocado toast, scrambled eggs and a grilled chicken sandwich. The breakfast potatoes were really nice. Everything else was pretty average. The grilled chicken sandwich was a let down. The chicken was very dry and not good. I would personally just go for drinks.

01/10/2026: The pizza served here couldn't be more different from any style of authentic Italian pizza. The dough is thin, like a Tarte flambée, and they use emmental instead of 100% mozzarella, which was NOT specified on the menu. The recipes are not authentic either (raw tomatoes on the Margherita?!). The bottles of spicy oil could DEFINITELY use a deep clean. We did not dare touch them because of the state they were in. I am sorry because the waiter was kind and they offered to remake our dishes once we complained about the discrepancy between the menu and what was actually served to us. But still, I would advise against eating here.

04/10/2026: Handy Starbucks inside Nice Étoile on Avenue Jean Médecin. Quick, friendly service and a comfortable place to sit down with a coffee in the middle of a shopping afternoon. Visited on 4 September 2026.

30/09/2026: Burnt coffee… drowned in sugar, milk, and flavorings. Maybe it's drinkable, but in terms of actual coffee, they don't even have the proper equipment or ingredients.

01/07/2026: A truly Parisian experience! I thought politeness was making a comeback in the capital, but I was wrong. I went in because there were several signs indicating Wi-Fi. I went to the bar to get my coffee and asked about the Wi-Fi. Of course, the Wi-Fi wasn't working. After I paid for my coffee, the bartender told me it wasn't the same price as if I had it on the terrace; I had to stay at the bar. Which I did, with the added bonus of a thinly veiled insult. Absolutely charming, a must-do if you're feeling nostalgic about being mistreated in Paris.
