19/07/2026: My third cooking class with this very friendly team. Today it was "Lebanese Aeritif": some lovely, fresh discoveries for summer. A very enjoyable experience. People who love to share. I had no trouble finding a class at a time that suited me. I also loved the "100% Fish" class.

13/07/2026: Catering for our wedding in partnership with Vinifacture de St Étienne We have nothing but thanks to Alexis and Piermick, as well as the team, for the organization, the tasting, and the atmosphere they created for such an important event. 04/06/2026: This so-called three-star hotel is completely isolated; the stars are unjustified. The room was very basic and smelled bad. We were there with a tour group. There's no elevator, so you have to carry your own luggage. The main building is separate, and it's not comfortable in the rain because the stairs you have to climb are outside and everything is slippery. The worst part was the food. First, we had to get our own drinks, and there were long lines because we had to pay immediately. The staff was overwhelmed. Then came ice-cold potato salad. The next course took an hour to arrive. Then there was some unidentifiable sausage, again with potato salad that was this time au gratin, and for dessert, a hard cake! Nothing is cooked there; a delivery service brings the food, and they feed it to us. The next day, we had sausage again—I don't know what kind, a bit bigger and browner. As a starter, there was more potato salad with some kind of unidentifiable vegetable. For dessert, there was dry apple pie. The prices for drinks are very high compared to the substandard food. There's no hairdryer in the room, the bathroom is slippery with no grab bars, but it does have a sitz bath... Definitely not suitable for a tour group; I don't know how anyone could give it three stars. It's better than a tent, but the food is best avoided.

30/10/2025: Great concept, generous portions, and delicious! A second review with a photo this time—still just as good! The portions are generous, the ingredients are fresh, and the food is cooked to perfection! I recommend it 200%!

15/07/2026: This restaurant aspires to be fine dining, and the chef dares to offer a signature dish—get this: undercooked pasta shells, a slice of ham on one side, and a synthetic truffle-like sauce. (The truffles are the people who are easily fooled.) As for the Caesar salad, the emperor would be better off staying where he is, because once again, the "chef" would be thrown to the lions. A sorry image of our gastronomy, thrown to poor tourists who hoped for a delicious meal. I'd rather not even mention the price; it's enough to make you faint.

12/07/2026: Let's be honest: you don't go to this restaurant for the food. The meal was rather disappointing. But… and there is a "but," the friendliness of the hostess and the smile of the waiter make you forget that it's a chain restaurant. The setting is quite sumptuous. In short, don't go there for the food… and don't forget to leave a tip for this team who give it their all!

15/07/2026: AWFUL! I absolutely do not recommend this kebab. For €11.50, there's only 100g of undercooked meat, the bread is plain white, and there's no sauce inside. The waiter is unpleasant; he doesn't want to serve customers and makes them get up just for a sauce or a napkin. I'm sorry to write this review, but I had to be honest about my experience. Hoping things will change.

29/06/2026: Hello. I came to eat. And I see this guy heating bread in the microwave; it's obvious it's from yesterday. I bought a kebab. The fries, say, were cooked ages ago? It's unbelievable. I want to post the pictures. I give advice. It's not my usual practice to leave comments like this. But honestly, this is crap. For €10.50

28/07/2026: Honestly, a very pleasant surprise! We ate extremely well; the dishes were delicious and served quickly. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and we immediately felt at ease. The atmosphere was pleasant and the prices were reasonable. I will gladly return and highly recommend this restaurant!

26/06/2026: And I'm not even talking about the size of the pizza, xlarge, meant for 3 to 4 people, it's more like 3 or 4 children for 26 euros, it's ridiculous, anyway.

20/05/2026: Terrible experience! The manager was completely incompetent and used inappropriate language. The book arrived, but he had a problem with his payment terminal, so he left the pizza and returned to the depot. (The delivery driver was punctual and respectful.) On the way back, we discovered together that the electronic holiday voucher wasn't working. However, the website clearly stated that it did. I paid in full by card, but without any compensation or even an apology for the miscommunication. Instead, she said, "Shut your mouth and let my book go; there are other deliveries to make."

07/06/2026: Last night, during the St. Cyprien festival, I asked for a glass of water after buying a plate of food, and they rudely told me NO, that if I wanted water I had to buy it.

17/05/2026: A wonderful discovery in Toulouse: the little Chilean bistro “El Rincón Chileno”. 🇨🇱✨ I highly recommend the machas parmesan, the ceviche, and the churrasco with papas fritas… a true taste of Chile, generous and authentic. And of course, you can't miss a good piscola and a delicious torta de manjar to finish off the meal. Héctor, the owner, is a very pleasant and engaging man. If you have the chance to chat with him, take the time: we travel through stories and encounters too. As a Chilean, I warmly recommend this typical little bistro, full of soul and conviviality. And keep an eye out for the cultural activities offered: Chilean culture lives within its walls.

30/05/2026: At Geneviève's: an institution. I hadn't been there in a long time. What a pleasant surprise: the food is as good and plentiful as ever. Eels are still on the menu. The welcome and service were perfect. The terrace is lovely. My only regret is that Geneviève wasn't there last night, but we'll be back. Thank you for a wonderful time.

28/06/2026: A very nice café with a pleasant setting located on Rue de la Paix. The atmosphere is relaxed and conducive to unwinding. However, I noticed that the service is sometimes slow or inconsistent, which is a shame considering the quality of the place. I hope the service will be improved to match the ambiance.

25/06/2026: How can anyone be so incompetent? On June 25th, 2026, with temperatures reaching 40 degrees Celsius outside, this bar was wide open, resulting in an insane oven inside. I ordered sparkling water, which was barely served! And not even ice. It's nice to have cute waiters, but it's even better if the customer service is top-notch, which was clearly not the case. Some mistakes are simply unforgivable. And then there's the fact that you have to pay immediately—how insensitive! This bar is truly awful: avoid it at all costs.
