11/10/2026: It's become rare!! A true artisan baker! This is the go-to bakery if you're a fan of the REAL croissant. The croissants are made on-site with genuine layers of pastry, and they're all unique because the baker's hand isn't a machine like in most Parisian bakeries. A beautiful golden color, you can clearly see the different layers of the pastry, and just one is enough. It's exactly like the croissants of my childhood, before industrialization, before some bakers bought frozen croissants or ready-made dough and, just because they shaped and baked them themselves, felt entitled to call them homemade—and legally, they had the right to do so. I love it when my croissant looks like a real croissant, when it's perfectly flaky, and when you eat it, when it leaves your fingers glistening with butter. And the holy grail is that it's reasonably priced. Not like bakeries where, sure, they have good products, but they charge €4 for a croissant (reputable bakery in Paris's 10th arrondissement). For me, the most important thing is the product and my wallet. Thank you to those who still want to work properly, respecting their customers through their products. And for the others, there's no shortage of bakeries where you can buy a smile and "devour" your croissant... sorry, your plastic! Let the artists do their thing!

09/09/2026: What a wonderful discovery this bakery is! The bread (baguettes, bucheron, etc.) is excellent and perfectly baked, just the way I like it. The prices are very reasonable for such high-quality bread. Furthermore, the person who serves is incredibly friendly and kind, which is a definite plus. My sincere congratulations to the staff (sales and production) who truly deserve the title of artisan baker.

27/09/2026: Sloppy, slow service, forgotten order, bad sauce

26/09/2026: I come here every week, and week after week we have the same problems. Some people are served so late that others have already finished eating. There are mistakes on the sandwiches, and items are missing (sauces, fries). I paid €5 for an ice cream and got a few drops of caramel and hardly any KitKat. The manager had the nerve to tell me, "That's the right amount," when I showed her the amount in my friend's ice cream. She replied, "Oh, well, there's too much, I'll make it again." The staff changed recently, but they're even less competent than the previous ones.

04/07/2026: Attention, a group of rugby players attacked a young man while chanting "there are no Arabs" here, the bouncers did nothing, this is unacceptable and the establishment should react to this.

11/08/2026: Avoid tough, overcooked ribeye steak; ask for rare. Avoid cooked and recooked chicken thighs and fries with the peelings on, cooked and recooked.

01/08/2026: Simple yet sometimes original recipes (cold pollock fillet with aioli sauce, etc.). The staff managed the service perfectly. The dining rooms are spacious. It's a historic establishment in the center of Malesherbes.

15/07/2026: The saleswoman was unfriendly, the products were stale and tasteless—don't bother going there. Considering a small strawberry tart costs €24, the nearby Super U has a much better bakery. In short, avoid it; more than half of our order went uneaten.

29/08/2026: I only ordered delivery, it was very good, no complaints, just too much rice and not enough beef in the loc lac, only 13 pieces was enough, which is a shame.

24/08/2026: The brown sugar bubble tea was cheaper and tastier than the one in Chinatown in the 13th arrondissement. The shop also has a sunroom in the back, making it a relaxing place to unwind.

28/09/2026: We dined as two couples, our friends being regular customers. The atmosphere (upstairs) is relaxed and the decor understated. The fish dishes were delicious (yellowtail tartare, langoustine ravioli, and then roasted sea bass). We shared the chocolate mousse for dessert: disappointing (too rich, soaked in olive oil, and sprinkled with fleur de sel) and predictable (this recipe is the latest trend in many restaurants). Overall, a very positive experience. However, our experience was completely ruined by the welcome and the service. We waited at our table for almost an hour before our appetizers were served. Our waiter was apologetic, but the "head waitress" changed the subject whenever we tried to get her attention. We also waited a long time for our main course, and then for dessert. In total, we endured nearly three hours of service! We could have understood that this might happen, but the final straw was that, despite repeated apologies, particularly from the owner upon our departure, not a single gesture of goodwill was offered (regarding dessert, coffee, or anything else). This lack of consideration for the customer, bordering on pettiness, is unacceptable, especially for a bill of over €80 per person. We will not be returning.

04/01/2026: Set menu, one starter only, choice of two main courses, and one dessert only. Excellent value for money. The restaurant decor is rather cold...you don't want to linger, no atmosphere or warmth. It's not the same as when we were used to the previous owners, but the food is good, which is the main thing.

18/07/2026: Canteen-style atmosphere, different dishes for walk-ins and regulars. Single menu and single price even if you don't order starters. Dark and gloomy… boiled potatoes as the only side dish… But steak and fries for the staff who come for lunch. Definitely for their regular clientele.

13/07/2026: We used their services for a christening and everything was absolutely perfect. The food was delicious and the team was exceptionally kind.

18/09/2026: The staff were charming and attentive. The selection was limited but of good quality. I found the background music a bit loud, especially in the evening.

16/09/2026: My stay at the hotel was very well managed; the rooms were very clean and very nice… the showers were a little lukewarm 😕 I was able to access the breakfast buffet before 6 am due to a personal obligation, and Mustapha was available to welcome me. Very good service 👍🏼 Thank you
