12/03/2026: Avoid this place at all costs! I was relaxing on the terrace with a friend, having a coffee. Important to remember for later: the café was empty. A friend happened to join us five minutes later to get a coat. This greatly irritated the café's "manager," who expressed her annoyance by throwing ashtrays on the tables around us and even going so far as to throw my friend's bag on the floor. Furthermore, she just kept stewing next to us, making it perfectly clear that we were not welcome in her shabby café. She practically threw us out. We paid for our coffees, and to our surprise, the price displayed was incorrect. Avoid this place; head instead to Café Le Mistral, just 10 meters away.

16/07/2026: Great place for a quick breakfast or lunch in the heart of Lyon. The pastries are fresh, the sandwiches are delicious, and the coffee is excellent. The staff is friendly, efficient, and welcoming, even during busy hours. The restaurant is clean, well organized, and offers good value for money. A perfect stop on Rue de la République. Recommended.

07/07/2026: Plenty of space inside and a good selection for a quick lunch or snack! The service is good, but the place's popularity means it tends to be quite fast-paced, so be warned!

29/07/2026: I happened to drop by with my friends on a Saturday night, and it was really great! There was a singer and a fantastic tapas menu. Beautiful setting and a very energetic team, we'll be back!!

22/05/2026: The atmosphere is great! The white sauce varies depending on the cook and it's not always the best sauce; that's the only slight downside, otherwise everything else is good!

15/04/2026: A kebab shop in an abandoned village that has the merit of existing. Very good.

21/07/2026: We won't be going back. The tables were dirty, and the waiter placed the trays on bits of salad without even wiping them down. There was a pool of yellowish liquid on the floor where you unload your trays. By the time we'd finished dessert and the children had played, when I went back, the pool was still there. As for the restrooms, they weren't much better. No soap, and the hand dryer was broken.

17/07/2026: Arriving at 1:35 AM on Thursday (closes at 2:00 AM), no one spoke to us at the drive-thru. No one said a word until 2:00 AM, so we drove to the first window, only to be stuck behind other cars, and waited until 2:30 AM for someone to tell us the kitchen was closed and they weren't taking any more orders. Two other cars were waiting right behind me, and they were experiencing the same thing. If they can't manage the time, they should think about managing things differently because this is shameful.

15/07/2026: Passing through after a 3-hour drive, I was extremely disappointed with my experience. Here's what happened: I placed my order at 8:09 PM for two Best Of meals, one Maxi Best Of meal, and a Happy Meal. The first tray arrived at 8:30 PM with a flat Coke, two Oasis drinks, the nuggets from the Best Of meal, the burgers from the Maxi Best Of meal, and the apples and book from the Happy Meal. Ten minutes later, the second tray arrived with a salad (no cutlery), a burger from the Best Of meal, and the fries from the Happy Meal (which I hadn't ordered) that were cucumbers. At 9:09 PM, when I asked the manager for an explanation, he placed a new order for preparation. So, I would definitely avoid this place. I understand they were completely overwhelmed, but McDonald's operates on the principle of being able to provide the same level of service regardless of the number of customers.

29/06/2026: Hello everyone...a well-hidden McDonald's. The staff are cool, the service is good, responsive, and always smiling. The higher the prices go, the smaller the products get, along with the quality and quantity. Cool irony. Thanks.

24/07/2026: I received a very warm welcome, the menu is perfect, just one small detail: it would be better to offer a variety of sauces when ordering a piece of beef. That said, I highly recommend this establishment.

17/07/2026: Yesterday at 6 PM I bought a baguette, and it wasn't fresh at all (was it from early that morning?). And this morning it's inedible. This isn't the first time this has happened to me. I'll have to try a different bakery later today to see if it's better elsewhere. However, I have no complaints about the quality of service or the bakery's presentation. But they shouldn't serve bread that's already stale; they absolutely must fix this. I hope they listen so I can remain a customer.

30/06/2026: Besides rush hour, this place is quite nice with healthy to delish items, and service is quite kind.

09/11/2025: Hello, a message to the owner and anyone wishing to have a coffee or other drink on the terrace: At 12:30 PM, the brasserie was open, but one of the employees refused us entry, saying it was closed in a very unpleasant tone. He added that on Sundays it closes at 2:00 PM. So, it's open at 12:30 PM? This employee seems to think he can choose who gets to enjoy the terrace and have a drink, based on who the customer is. Avoid this place, or you'll have to hire staff capable of building a good reputation for your brasserie. Have a good day.

09/11/2025: Unpleasant welcome, the bar was open with people inside having drinks, and we were told it was closed because the owner was choosing their customers. I don't recommend it. And the opening hours this morning confirm it was open. Edit: It was indeed open, and there were customers, not workers, inside this morning.

06/08/2026: They even prepared delicious specialties for us at 10 pm, even though they were supposed to close at 10:30 pm. No pressure. We were able to finish eating in peace and even ordered some takeaway at the end.
