02/07/2026: It's a shame. It started out really good, the portions were generous. Today, a salad cost €12.90 with a tiny burrata and four lettuce leaves. I asked for bread with the salad, and it was day-old, very stale bread. They made so many mistakes with my orders. It's a shame. It was great at first. They've messed everything up. Avoid it!!!

17/04/2026: We finally had dinner at Julien's after his injury, and nothing has changed since the last time! He welcomed us warmly, and his food is exquisite. It has the quality of a gourmet restaurant, but with the portions of a family-friendly establishment. Julien is also incredibly friendly and made our evening unforgettable. We can't wait to return.

12/04/2026: So glad to have Julien back in the kitchen after his little accident! His food is as delicious as ever and the service is impeccable. The restaurant has retained its atmosphere and authenticity. We'll be back!

20/09/2026: I wish the kebabs in Spain were this good; they're more like the ones I had in Istanbul. The potatoes were delicious too. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very affordable.

19/09/2026: I think this is the worst kebab in Paris. The portions are tiny. For €10 I got three fries that were practically fighting over each other and a child's kebab. Plus, the cashier handles your kebab so quickly he goes straight from your €10 note to the tomatoes without any warning.

19/09/2026: I've noticed a slight tendency to prioritize profit over customer satisfaction, particularly regarding the need to alleviate hunger. I believe that in a better world, kebab restaurants would allow us to overcome the suffering associated with an empty stomach. However, I think the escalation at Bercy is an allegory for hell, where, when you're finally served, the tray looks more like the Sahara than a bountiful forest of fries.

23/02/2026: Don't do what I did, don't try to book or eat at the Garden Ice in Montauban, it has been closed since early 2026.

09/02/2026: Visited in December, the waiter was very unpleasant in his words and attitude! Clearly frustrated that a woman spoke up! I just want to leave this place as soon as possible!

30/03/2026: Terrible experience. We booked a triple room for two nights. At arrival, the electronic key didn't work. We got a new one at the desk, and after some tries, it opened the door. We went out and came back at 11 PM. It was very cold outside. The key didn't work again. We went to the reception. The receptionist gave us another key and told us not to put it near the phone (we already knew this). We tried again, but it still didn't work. We called the receptionist to our door. He saw the problem while we were freezing outside. He opened the door with a physical key, took our cards, and told us "we will see tomorrow morning". So, we were in a room without keys, unable to go out, in a half-empty hotel. Inside the room, the third bed was missing sheets and a duvet. Worse, the pillowcase had blood on it. We went to the reception again. They just gave us the linens to make the bed ourselves. The next morning, we went to breakfast. The buffet breakfast was actually quite rich and good. We hoped they had a solution for the room, but nothing. The night employee even took the only physical master key with him. We had to wait. Their new solution was: "come to the reception every time you need to open your door". We had to stay for two nights, so this idea was total madness. We complained again. Finally, the only good employee came to check the door. He understood the door battery was dead and changed it. After that, it finally worked.

20/02/2026: I went to recharge my batteries in this idyllic, exceptionally clean place; the tranquility is magnificent. I highly recommend it because the food is excellent, everything is homemade, which I truly appreciated. I will definitely return regularly.

01/02/2026: On January 18, 2026, after several email exchanges and a phone call where the person confirmed that a one-night stay in June, booked through Wonderbox, was confirmed, I received an email today informing me that it was no longer possible because they had changed their booking policy. I therefore called to express my dissatisfaction and lack of professionalism, and that I would be leaving a negative review. The person I spoke to replied, "I don't give a damn about you," and hung up on me. Some people should find another line of work if the reception on-site is as unfriendly as it is on the phone. I don't regret canceling the stay.

13/09/2025: A pleasant surprise! A warm welcome, and on the plate: delicious local flavors, especially if you enjoy meat. The setting and garden are lovely. The bill was more than reasonable. We will gladly return.

07/09/2025: The welcome was not very warm, it's not ideal for large families. We didn't even have time to settle in before we already wanted to leave.

15/06/2026: Mediocre pizza for a high price, but very good in a pinch. However, the owner is unpleasant and verbally abused a customer. I won't be back and I'll tell everyone I know to leave a bad review.

15/06/2026: No complaints about the quality of the pizzas, however, the owner is aggressive and unpleasant; I advise against employing people like that.

15/03/2026: A very good experience. The dishes were excellent and the quality of the food was truly outstanding. A big thank you to the waitress and the owner for their warm welcome and professionalism. The only slight drawback was a bit of a wait for our reserved table, and the bartender wasn't very friendly, offering no compensation despite the delay. A shame, because the rest of the service was truly excellent.
