08/06/2026: The hotel does not live up to the expected Mercure standard. We stayed on a Saturday night for an early Sunday departure from Orly. No restaurant on weekends! There's an advertisement for the restaurant, conveniently omitting the fact that it's only open during the week. There's nothing nearby except a McDonald's and a pizza vending machine. Breakfast is served late on weekends, whereas it's served from 5 a.m. on weekdays?? For a hotel whose guests are potential Orly travelers, this is incomprehensible. You pay for a room + breakfast package, but you don't get breakfast. They tell you a package will be ready instead. What a disgrace! Extremely low-quality products and no drinks. Unbelievable, but this establishment is downgrading its weekend guests. The room is outdated, still has a bathtub, and the air conditioning doesn't work. It's impossible to open the windows because there aren't any, supposedly for safety reasons. In short, an evening and a night to forget very quickly, and an establishment banned from our address books.

12/07/2026: Hello We are regular customers of your establishment, which is why we were very surprised by the lack of professionalism regarding our delivery this past Sunday, July 12th. We placed our order in advance at 6:00 PM for a delivery scheduled for 8:00-8:15 PM. After a 30-minute delay, we called to check that our order was being prepared. We were put on hold without any further information, even though we tried again for over 45 minutes. Finally, at 9:30 PM, we went directly to the restaurant to pick up our order in person, assuming you must be very busy. Imagine our surprise when we arrived to find the restaurant closed. Finally, when you close your restaurant, it would be appropriate to prevent orders from being placed, to indicate this on your online hours, or to send a message to customers who order that day. You will therefore understand our disappointment and dissatisfaction.

12/07/2026: Order placed at 7:30 PM, estimated delivery time 9:30 PM - 9:45 PM. It is currently 10:26 PM, my delivery has not been completed, I have received no information from the restaurant, and my order never even reached the "order confirmed" stage. I have been ordering from Lady Sushi for years and have never had the slightest problem, but with a high bill of €123 and a phone service that doesn't answer after a 25-minute call, I would like a refund, and unfortunately, I think I will never order from you again.

11/10/2025: We arrived at an empty restaurant. Tablecloths covered in breadcrumbs and the floor unwashed... Regulars who arrived after us were served before us. I'm still giving it three stars because we ate well: good quantities for the price.

09/10/2025: This is a Korean restaurant included in the package tour. The Yukgaejang was too salty and tasteless, so we left most of it uneaten. I thought I would get hungry at night, so I paid 30 euros for chicken takeout, but I just threw most of it away.

24/04/2026: A magnificent place to recharge. The staff were kind and professional. It's a shame the spa was out of order, but they did everything they could to fix the problem.

21/03/2026: This place is magical, with very welcoming staff, exquisite cuisine, spacious and clean rooms, a dreamy spa under the vaulted ceilings, and a generous breakfast. Bravo to this exceptional establishment!

30/07/2026: I highly recommend it!!!! Go for it, it's inexpensive, has a great selection, is delicious, just perfect 🫶🏽 The staff is fantastic and welcoming. I go there every lunchtime for a 5€ thieb and I'm always satisfied 💪🏽 What more could you want?

20/07/2026: I came for afternoon tea with my girlfriend. We each ordered two Nutella pancakes. I started eating, and when I finished, I saw a large squashed spider in my plate. I went back to the waitresses, and they gave me a completely dried-out Nutella donut instead, without any apology or anything. I gave it one star because it's mandatory; otherwise, they don't even deserve it. It's unacceptable.

18/07/2026: The loyalty program and kiosk software are useless. We can't spend our loyalty points at the ordering points, and when we validate coupons on our card during payment, they aren't applied. When I talk to staff, the only answer I get is "computer problem, there's nothing we can do." I've tried three times, it works three times, and three times I get the same nonsense. I'm left with three coupons about to expire that I just can't use. What's the point of a loyalty program if it's just to rip off the customer?

13/07/2026: Hello 👋 A huge Starbucks loyalist, Englos, v2, Lille, and more… whenever there's one near me, I pop in! All this to say that I'm usually never disappointed, but this time… I ordered an opera cake (admittedly not on the menu for a while, but they happily make it for me every time), and one person made it very clear that she was reluctant to make it… that they didn't have the recipe… in the end, the other two baristas managed to make my FAMOUS drink… go figure… Thank you to those two baristas 🥰 and the other one will certainly recognize herself since she avoided my gaze the whole time… Love Starbucks nonetheless…

08/07/2026: Personally, as a customer, when you ask them something, they're annoyed at having to answer. They put half the requested ingredients in the matcha several times I've tried it, only to tell me it will be better another day. The staff changes all the time. There's no respect for the customers. I'm definitely not coming back.

16/07/2026: I waited over 20 minutes for my set menu order, even though there were only 3 tables. The service was very slow, the cleanliness left much to be desired, and ice was dripping down the side of the bin. Very disappointed.

16/07/2026: Several times I've ordered from Tonneins, the burgers are always poorly made, and the McFish are always without sauce.
