25/05/2026: We got some sandwiches for lunch that were very yummy and not too pricey. Enjoyed this place very much!

09/05/2026: For my first time, I ordered a two-meat taco (ground beef and chicken with cheese sauce). I asked for onions, but they were nowhere to be seen this year. The taco was inedible, in my opinion. The fries inside—I couldn't say when they were made, but they were definitely reheated, maybe leftovers from lunch—and the taco had more fries than anything else. This is my first and last time eating there. For 9 euros, it might seem insignificant to you, but I wanted to treat myself, and it ended up in the bin. As for the service, I don't want to criticize the employees, but they're just following orders from a manager. That's my experience at Mersin Food.

10/03/2026: The dining room was very spacious and well-decorated. The buffet restaurant offered a wide selection of appetizers, main courses, and desserts. Unlimited wok cooking was also available. The service was discreet yet efficient. Prices were reasonable. We will definitely return.

18/02/2026: Very disappointing, the food quality was lacking. We were all crammed into the same corner, so to get the person against the wall to leave, the person on the aisle side had to stand up. And at the till, they charged me for two children over 1.30m tall, which wasn't the case... in short, last time for us. Oh, and watch your spoon in the soup, I burned myself.

08/07/2026: What a disappointment! I came to the hotel around 4:15 PM to wait for my train and have a coffee. The waiter wasn't welcoming; he was friendly with other customers who spoke the same language, but with me, it wasn't up to Novotel standards (I might have been better received in a neighborhood bar). The coffee was served without water (it was 35 degrees Celsius outside). I asked for a carafe of water. No carafe: I was only given a glass of water and a very strong coffee for €3.50. I've stayed at many Novotels and have never been treated like this. It was a real hassle to get a magnetic card to use the restroom (I had a train to catch). The setting is very beautiful, calm, and conducive to studying. I'm not sure I'll repeat the experience.

25/06/2026: Not great at all. It's cafeteria food at brasserie prices. The service is too slow too. Apart from the setting, nothing else is good.

06/04/2026: Ignore the negative reviews (as we did) Freshly cooked delicious pizza expertly prepared and delivered piping hot and super tasty. Not frozen (as some idiot suggested) and no hour long wait (as someone else suggested) We waited 10 mins for ours… and the service was very polite. Recommend!!

22/03/2026: I just learned that this place has reopened, which for me was much more than just a bar, betting shop, or restaurant. It was a meeting place, authentic, friendly, and open to everyone all year round in an area where other establishments are unfortunately often closed. The traditional cuisine was truly excellent and inexpensive. Without any airs, the place operated the same way in winter as in summer, which bothered some people who need extra attention to be paid to their hospitality. A big thank you and best of luck to Duduche and his team. We've lost a place that was part of this town's identity.

30/06/2026: I've been eating here for almost 20 years, but it's changed a lot. The quality is declining, the service too, and strangely enough, the credit card machine has been breaking down very often lately, so you're forced to go withdraw cash from the ATM right next door... If it continues like this, I'll have to find another pizzeria.

16/06/2026: He made a mistake with our pizzas twice. He said I hadn't paid for the drinks even though I had my tic, and while eating the pizzas I found a piece of cartilage in my chicken.

30/07/2026: This is the best bakery around. The ladies are always so friendly and helpful, and everything is fresh. Those who leave negative reviews really don't know what they're talking about. I live in Gaillard and am a regular customer of this bakery.

12/07/2026: I ordered a sandwich and some tarts to pick up in the late afternoon. Arriving too late, I returned the next day thinking my order might have stayed fresh (like the chocolate croissants sold at a lower price the following morning), and imagine my surprise when I was told, "Too late, it's gone in the bin!" Perhaps it had already been sold... No comment. I will never come back here, and I know that the competition, with friendly service, isn't far away...

23/06/2025: Saleswoman who hardly wants to work if you say hello, no professionalism from all the salespeople of most of the stores, they don't know how to contact customers, I shouted goodbye 3 times without anyone answering me or showing me any intention, I don't see why I would spend my money in a shitty bakery... in addition you kill the real artisan bakers and pastry chefs with your frozen foods... to flee and avoid this kind of store...

19/05/2026: This is my favorite brasserie in Le Creusot. Nothing to complain about for the price!! Good portion and it's delicious!!

31/05/2026: A beautiful old building which has sadly gone to ruin. Clearly the owner does not want to spend a cent on basic maintenance and upkeep. It was sweltering and the ducted aircon does not work so we had a portable air-con unit in our room which vented to outside through our open balcony door hence making it completely redundant. The mini bar did not work, the pillows were a million years old, the beds were not comfortable and the shower head could not be fixed to the wall. The pool was green, full of algae and mould and clearly hadn't been cleaned or used for a long time. The gym completely unusable. It's heartbreaking as the building and grounds are gorgeous. I would not stay here. Find another hotel in town.

17/06/2026: What a shame to be a customer for years and find that advice is only given if you're "friends" with Anne-Marie. She's been fed up with her job for years; it's time she closed up shop and lived the life she wants.
