Paul

Palais-Royal, Paris
07/07/2026: Their pastries are dry and hard, inedible and difficult to bite into; I could knock someone out with them. What a waste of money and energy! I'm disappointed and won't recommend this establishment.
04/07/2026: Fantastic! The team is very friendly!

Cafe de L'opera

Strasbourg
05/05/2026: The cappuccino was undrinkable and the service was unfriendly. A very unpleasant experience. A shame.
12/03/2026: Great spot! However, the waitress wasn't welcoming at all…

La Maison Mickaël

Marseille-8E, Marseille
16/07/2026: The staff are very friendly, the ribeye pizza is of very good quality, thank you, top-notch!
15/07/2026: A very pleasant kosher restaurant by the sea. The food is good but a bit pricey. The room with a sea view wasn't air-conditioned, and the other room lacked the same charm, which spoiled the atmosphere we were hoping for in the evening.

Cafe Le Dante

Sorbonne, Paris
30/06/2026: I went with other 6 people, very good food with amazing prices. It was all perfect. The service was very nice and Leroy, our sever, was very friendly and attentive. The ambience was relaxing and quiet, perfect for dinner. Everything was excellent, I’ll save it on my list for my next time in Paris.
29/06/2026: Poulet fermier was good, stay away from the pates. Service was quite unkind, especially towards neighbouring tourists. Would not recommend.

Père-Lachaise, Paris
23/05/2026: We're regulars, what's with the waiters tonight? Too intrusive, they're throwing glasses on the other side, lol. They need to reform, and customers aren't your friends.
17/05/2026: Since the new sign opened under the town hall café, I've been here four or five times already. Overall, I like the place; the decor is pleasant. The service has always been very good, especially on my last visit when the manager made a point of ensuring we were received in the best possible conditions. It's nice to simply feel like a customer. I ordered a small seafood platter, and my husband had chicken and rice. The quality was excellent. We had a Ricard aperitif, a glass of red wine, a glass of white wine, a coffee, and a Calvados. €90, drinks a bit pricey, that's my only comment. I enjoyed the complimentary infused rum.

L'oasis

Laroque
15/07/2026: So, the view is great, the service average, the food average, but the price reflects the quality of the dish. However, a glass of Ricard for €7 is simply outrageous.
14/07/2026: Avoid at all costs! Tourist trap, canteen-level cuisine, ordered the daily special, hanger steak skewer, tiny, overcooked, I had asked for blue cheese, ratatouille was watery and tasteless, and what about the Cévennes salad, one gizzard and 6 pieces of bacon..... on leaving we understood, the other 2 restaurants were full, which was far from the establishment in which we were well and truly ripped off.

McDonald's

Saint-Quentin
02/08/2026: For a restaurant, this is far from clean. As usual, the tables are dirty, and for 2 PM, there's no excuse. I find this unacceptable given the staff at this restaurant. I absolutely do not recommend this McDonald's.
01/08/2026: Again!! The service is appalling!! More oversights in the order! Is this incompetence or a deliberate attempt to rip off customers? So I'll have the entire bag emptied on the counter again for another check.

Tai Yien

Combat, Paris
05/05/2026: Very good, typical Chinese food! The service was quick, but they forgot three glasses of soy milk in the microwave...they were only served at the end of the meal. The restaurant was full. It was quite noisy, but that's normal for a Chinese restaurant.
10/04/2026: A living Belleville treasure, a survivor from a bygone era Tai Yien (大元隆家), 5 rue de Belleville, is much more than a restaurant: it's a Proustian madeleine for anyone who grew up in the Asian Belleville of the 1980s. After more than 40 years, this legendary establishment is one of the very few survivors of a time when the neighborhood was the beating heart of Paris's Sino-Vietnamese community. I went back with my mother, and as soon as we stepped inside, we were enveloped by a sweet and powerful nostalgia: the same wooden tables, the same warm and unpretentious atmosphere, the same feeling of being somewhere authentic, untouched by time and trends. The house specialty is Cantonese rotisserie, and they master it to perfection. We ordered the Peking duck, served in generous chunks, its skin glistening and perfectly caramelized, its meat meltingly tender and fragrant, accompanied by a rich, slightly sweet homemade soy sauce. We also enjoyed the crispy roast pork (siu yuk), whose puffed, golden skin crackled as it should, revealing tender, well-seasoned meat. All of this was served with the traditional jar of pickled red chilies on the table, a detail that, in itself, encapsulates the spirit of these old-fashioned Asian eateries. The menu is generous and varied: beyond the rotisserie, there's a melt-in-your-mouth pork belly that falls apart at the touch of a fork, succulent lacquered and caramelized pork ribs, fragrant fried rice of a kind rarely seen anymore, and many other classics of traditional Chinese cuisine. Each dish is prepared with the care and precision passed down through generations, without ever trying to do too much. Note that the half-duck is also available for takeout, an excellent option for extending the enjoyment at home. And all this at a remarkably affordable price, which, in the heart of Paris, is almost miraculous for cuisine of this quality. The service also deserves praise: the young women who run the dining room are charming, attentive, and efficient, with a blend of naturalness and thoughtfulness that immediately puts you at ease. You feel welcomed like a regular, even after years away. In a Belleville that has profoundly changed, gentrified, and transformed over the decades, Tai Yien stands strong. It is the guardian of a collective memory, that of a working-class, multicultural, and vibrant neighborhood, the one many of us knew as children. Going back is like rediscovering a part of yourself. A rare gem, absolutely recommended to all those who love real roasted Cantonese cuisine, to those who seek unpretentious authenticity, and to all the children of Belleville, past and present.

FRED Pizza

Montpellier
27/06/2026: I've been a customer for over 10 years. The pizzas are getting more and more expensive and smaller and smaller. But this time, the small ones became tiny, and 8 out of 10 pizzas weren't even what I ordered. I paid for the extras, but they weren't there. Next time, I'll go somewhere else.
06/06/2026: VERY DISAPPOINTED How could prices have increased so much? Just a year ago, Uber Eats' buy-one-get-one-free offers cost less than €15; now it's almost €20 for two tiny pizzas. Not to mention the other prices, which have also gone up. But hey, the pizza makers are probably off to the front lines in Ukraine or Iran, which must explain the price hikes.

03/08/2026: Hello. To avoid going into all the details here, and since I didn't receive your email address, I sent you a message on Instagram. Please check it. Thank you.
25/07/2026: The raisin breads don't even have pastry cream, which is an insult, and they're completely dry; the croissant isn't any better. So much hype!

Boulangerie Patisserie Coudrier Geffroy

Chaillot, Paris
11/07/2026: On the website they say it's open
09/06/2026: This bakery is very expensive for the quality. The sandwiches are bland and tasteless. As for the service, it's appalling: no smiles, rushed service, you get the impression that only money matters. To top it all off, if you want to eat in, you have to pay extra. Frankly, everything is in place to make you not want to come back. I give it a 0 for customer experience.

Baila Pizza

Niort
29/07/2026: It's not expensive. But the food is far from excellent. Plus, you have to pay for the containers to take your pizza home.
04/07/2026: Passing through Niort, we stopped at this restaurant. The decor is warm and the staff welcoming, until a comment about my carbonara seemed to have offended the waitress. Indeed, the description of the carbonara corresponds to the "traditional" recipe with bacon. The dish I received was pasta with cream and ham strips, topped with an egg yolk, and the whole thing lacked flavor. I wanted to point this out respectfully (since the waitress wasn't at fault) so they could potentially change the description on the menu, as it wasn't carbonara, and the disappointment was palpable when we received our meal. But this comment, though politely worded, didn't seem to go over well. The pizzas, on the other hand, are beautiful and generously topped. Furthermore, it would be better, while waiting for a customer's drink, not to tap the straw on anything and place it in the glass afterward.

08/08/2026: We arrived a little late and received excellent service. We ordered three drinks, two pizzas, and a croque monsieur for my son, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal! The owner was very friendly. The prices are very reasonable. We'll be back! 👌
07/08/2026: Very unpleasant, not at all friendly. Had to go buy bottled water at the shop next door. We won't be back.

Pizza Marco

Soissons
18/01/2026: We ordered three pizzas to take away for €44, and the owner gave us a free three-chocolate cake because ours was broken in the middle. When we arrived, there were no other customers in the restaurant, which I found surprising on a Sunday evening... To put it simply, it wasn't good at all. I do not recommend this place.
13/01/2026: Eating a tuna pizza was a disappointment. The ingredients list said parsley and garlic, but there was no parsley... bland and undercooked, with a raw egg on top. In short, it was rubbish.
