10/08/2026: Refused entry despite pre-booked and paid admission. Requested to be accompanied, as apparently indicated on the ticket, and assured me the ticket was refundable. You can probably guess that it isn't, and that nowhere is it stated you need to be accompanied. Try showing up completely wasted; maybe that'll work.

08/08/2026: Excellent evening at La Salamandre! Great experience at La Salamandre in Strasbourg! The atmosphere was fantastic, the music was great, and the setting was very well done. The staff is welcoming, and the team ensures a great atmosphere. It's definitely a great place to spend a wonderful evening and have fun with friends. I highly recommend it and I'll be back!

02/08/2026: A short weekend in the duplex where the welcome was very warm, thank you for the thoughtful touches like the bottle of chilled water upon arrival (a real plus during the heatwave), the food was very good and the breakfast was excellent, I highly recommend it and we will be back

02/08/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A fantastic discovery! A unique inn on the Ardèche plateau where everything was perfect from start to finish. We were all delighted with our meal and the warm welcome. The owner is incredibly kind, and the staff are very professional, friendly, and attentive. The atmosphere is welcoming, and you really feel at home. A huge thank you to the whole team for this wonderful experience. We will definitely be back!

31/07/2026: Very bad. The savory dishes are too salty and sweet. And the dessert is too sweet! The taste is like processed food, slimy, etc., and the price per kilo is high! I only ate there in a pinch, but I prefer homemade fried eggs! Avoid this place if you want to stay healthy.

28/07/2026: Great, I love their bo bun, it's excellent, and the price is reasonable, under 9 euros is perfect 👍🏻. However, I no longer buy the pre-packaged version; the price is exorbitant every time, even for vegetables. I also have doubts about the weight.

17/07/2026: It's really not my habit to give a bad review on Google; my goal is usually to support a business rather than penalize it. But in this case, you deserve, to my great regret, this one star because it's in your hands to keep your establishment clean. On the terrace, you have rats roaming freely "as if they own the place," and I mean rats, not mice! Cleanliness is clearly not your priority. Your bins are always overflowing. The tables are always sticky; we constantly have to remind you to come and clean them before you actually do it. And the toilets? Don't even get me started. The play area is even worse! I sincerely hope you take Google reviews into account for your establishment. Make an effort... oh yes, and to top it all off, your ice cream machine hasn't been working for weeks. It's a shame that, in addition to being a dirty restaurant, you're losing revenue by refusing to repair this machine, especially since ice cream is in much higher demand during this period of intense heat.

04/10/2025: Pizza at a pizzeria. You'd expect a better oven. Unfortunately, there's only an electric oven. The pizza was accordingly soft. It might have just gotten 4 stars. But a large beer (0.5l) for €10? It's even cheaper at Oktoberfest. And that's saying something! Bottom line: Eat somewhere else next time.

20/08/2025: A breathtaking experience. (Humor) What a horror! The restaurant wasn't air-conditioned, the service was appalling. We were told there would be an hour's wait for a pizza, and in the end, we decided to order something else, but it was the same thing. Thirty-five minutes for a tomato and mozzarella pizza, the same for a burger. Absolutely no organization.

22/05/2026: Rats were spotted in the restaurant; the food really left something to be desired, nothing was fresh

08/04/2026: Since the opening of its competitor, Panda King, less than two kilometers away, this family-run restaurant has lost all its customers. As a result, the all-you-can-eat buffet is no longer viable given the number of people eating there, the food offered is often stale, and the buffet isn't replenished. It's a shame because the owners have tried to improve the dining area by adding meat grills. We had been customers for many years, but a bad experience a few months ago made us stop going. Perhaps a return to traditional menus would change the situation and allow for fresh, good-quality food.

16/11/2025: Very disappointing for a restaurant in the Southwest. No dishes or appetizers featuring foie gras were available, no pork confit, no Montbazillac pâté—nothing that defines the region's culinary identity. Coming to a restaurant specializing in foie gras only to end up with a huge plate of simple green salad and a piece of meat is unacceptable and certainly not the reason for our visit. The reservation had been made 24 hours in advance for 8 p.m. The excuse that "everything was ordered" is not valid. Furthermore, despite his friendliness, the only waiter present didn't even know what the dishes were made of. Under these circumstances, it would have been better to refuse the reservation or, at the very least, to give advance notice.

08/11/2025: A joke! Unfortunately, it wasn't very funny considering the poor quality of the food and the prices. The reviews must be misleading to such a high rating. We strongly advise against going there; it's a disgrace to customers and to the image of Southwest France. Food lovers, stay away!

28/10/2025: Excellent Japanese restaurant. Very fresh food, which is very important for sushi and sashimi.

31/03/2026: We ate lunch there on Saturday; the staff were very pleasant and the service was excellent. Really great!

21/03/2026: Very bad experience; the way they spoke to their customers was disrespectful and inappropriate.

14/04/2026: A disgrace!!! As a regular smoker, I used to buy my cigarettes there regularly. Now pregnant, I've stopped. One morning, I stopped by because, being pregnant, I asked if I could use their restroom. An elderly gentleman brushed me off like dirt. And this happened in front of another customer, who was shocked himself! He said the restroom is for when you're smoking! So I explained that I often came for my cigarettes. He didn't even acknowledge my presence and told me to get lost. Clearly, your behavior, sir, leaves much to be desired!!! A lack of professionalism, but being bitter won't get you anywhere. You've lost a group of five people who also came to have lunch at your establishment. Avoid this tobacco shop at all costs!!!

03/07/2026: The quality of the pizzas is declining; fewer and fewer ingredients and increasingly dry. What a shame.

25/06/2026: Very disappointed, the pizza was very dry. The dough was like rubber. The pizzas ended up in the bin.

28/07/2026: Great, I love this restaurant! Breakfast at Columbus 🐻🐻 The servers are super friendly. Very welcoming. The food is very good, especially the muffins, yum!

26/07/2026: I visited this establishment today and was extremely disappointed by the service. The staff member, a tall man with a goatee, was very unpleasant. A simple smile doesn't cost anything, and good interpersonal skills are essential qualities in a service industry. His attitude unfortunately gave the impression that he didn't want to be there or do his job. Furthermore, the young employee wearing a yellow top was working with very long fingernails and without gloves. This raises serious hygiene concerns, which are a crucial aspect of food service and customer service. This experience was particularly disappointing and falls far short of the level of professionalism one has the right to expect. I will not be returning! You need to review your staff!
