16/10/2025: Yesterday I bought a slice of focaccia that was so dry and hard, probably from being left out in the open for a while, that it was inedible. Too bad I only noticed it when I got home. I've never seen anything like this! So the manager deliberately bought this spoiled focaccia. That's called theft, and it's shameful!

18/02/2026: Hello, I just received a Minato delivery from Orsay this afternoon, February 18th, 2025, and I'm very, very disappointed. Unfortunately, I can't give zero stars!!! - Salmon roe Temaki: a real rip-off. Very little salmon roe, just for decoration. So, they're just cones of crunchy, not creamy, rice for €9.50. - Yellow radish maki: €4.00 *The radishes weren't crunchy at all; they looked like they were past their prime, maybe even expired. *The rice was crunchy instead of creamy. - Beef/cheese skewer meal: not great, €11.50. I usually order from Minato Chilly Mazarin for work, and I guess the culinary expertise is completely different. I've never been disappointed in Chilly.

10/04/2026: Great atmosphere! The service is impeccable. Yes, there are two queues, but it's very busy, so I understand. And it's worth the wait for the quality of the ice cream—the best in the park! The waitresses and the cashier are very friendly, polite, and kind. I highly recommend it for the quality of the ice cream and especially for the hygiene and cleanliness.

06/03/2026: Unfortunately, the quality has declined significantly since the park's restaurant changed hands. I don't recommend eating there. You can bring your own picnic and eat in the park. There are some nice spots near the animals. You can also visit the park's tropical gardens, which are free.

22/04/2026: A very disappointing experience. The manager demonstrates a complete lack of professionalism and a clear disregard for customers (regular customers). The welcome was cold, there was no focus on customer loyalty, and no willingness to help or find solutions. This type of behavior is unacceptable for a business.

19/09/2026: Disrespectful staff. The waiters act like celebrities and forget to stay in their places. I arrived feeling relaxed and left feeling insulted. I absolutely do not recommend this place. Avoid it if you want to have a good evening.

08/09/2026: Good selection of beer and snacks. Closes a bit early in the evening, especially when the weather is nice like this weekend.

06/09/2026: The service was extremely slow, 25 minutes between the main course and dessert. We asked for more water because it was very hot, and the waiter told us they were out and couldn't give us any more. I had to go get some myself; the bar had plenty of filled water carafes. It's unacceptable to refuse water to customers who are ordering drinks. Some ingredients were missing from an ice cream we ordered. There was no gesture of goodwill and the staff were not very friendly.

30/08/2026: I asked to go to the bathroom because I'm eight and a half months pregnant and I couldn't hold it any longer. They told me no, that I had to consume something! This is unacceptable.

17/09/2026: Unfortunately, we can't give it less... The service was incredibly slow... even though there was only one woman ahead of us who had barely ordered anything. When we got to the kiosk to pick up our order, the ice creams had already melted, so I politely asked the man to remake them given the wait for so little, since the McDonald's was empty. They remade the ice creams with practically nothing inside, hardly any toppings... AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF, we found a hair in the McFlurry!!! We went on Thursday, September 17th, at around 9:40 PM, and a very unfriendly man with glasses served us the ice creams the second time. We don't know who made them the first time. We even got one of the two McFlurries back melted, just like before (as if it hadn't even been remade). Honestly, avoid this McDonald's at all costs.

12/09/2026: €10 for barely two sandwiches, half of which had filling spilling out... And there's always something wrong: the game is missing, the sauces are missing, the sandwiches are missing. It seems like it's done on purpose.

05/09/2026: Huge rip-off!! €9.40 for a large coffee… the waiters admit to the scandal of the infamous "after midnight price" but don't warn you when you order! Dishonest!

15/05/2026: A huge thank you and congratulations to Tiphaine at reception who calmly, patiently, logically, with a smile and a touch of humor, managed the disorganization of a group of nearly 80 people for several nights in a row, ensuring everyone had a room to sleep in safely. Beyond her professionalism, she demonstrated great compassion. The hotel is close to the Zenith concert hall, the rooms are very clean and quite comfortable. No complaints whatsoever :)

14/10/2025: The restaurant doesn't look like much from the outside, but what a pleasant surprise! Everything is homemade, well-prepared, and absolutely delicious. We enjoyed every bite. The ingredients are high-quality, and the prices are very reasonable for this level of cuisine. Plus, the welcome is warm and friendly.

20/08/2026: We spent one night at the hotel on August 1st. Everything was perfect, we arrived around 1 p.m., there was no problem getting the room right away, comfortable bed, very good buffet breakfast for the price, very warm welcome.
